I held one hand over the left side of my stomach, holding the piece of cloth in place which was drenched in my blood by now but that would heal soon. My other hand was holding the ribs on my right side in place. I was sure two of them were fractured or maybe be it was two fractured and a couple of them bruised. With every breath I relived every punch and every fall. I had to walk faster. I had to get out of here. I hope the last bus hasn't left yet. I was wearing a dark grey hoodie, almost double my size. It covered by the pathetic state I was in right now. I had enough money to get by for a week. I just had to get out of here and I'd be fine.
I reached the station. The last bus was filling in. I got my self a ticket and took a seat at the very end and closed my eyes. I was getting out of here. But will my nightmares ever leave me alone.
