"Faster, faster! Come on my grandma can crawl under barbed wire faster than you! Come on lets go!" Well when I joined the 101st airborne I knew it was going to be hard, but not this hard. But hey we're best of the best. No training can be too hard. After the obstacle coarse it was time to hit the hay. "So Hawk, do you think training will get harder?" said my buddy Dan."I don't know, I don't know Danny." and then I fell asleep. I woke up to Sargent McKinley telling me to wake up or ill miss breakfast. Well I didn't want to run the obstacle coarse on an empty stomach so I went. Today we just had a big lecture on how to jump out of a plane and what not. It seemed pretty easy, but I'm still a little nervous because D-Day, the day were going to invade Europe is 2 weeks from now.
