Chapter 7

"Shit." Leah muttered as she grabbed a tissue and whiped away the eyeliner that she messed up.

"Why are you tyring so hard? You hate make up, " I asked, applying the last of my blush, "Trying to impress someone?"

I watched her cheeks flush in the bathroom mirror, "No," She said, still blushing, "Its just the fact that this is the biggest party of the year.

I rolled my eyes as I applied my lipstick, thats what Zayn had said when he asked me to come to the party last week. "Yeah, yeah, yeah," I said, "So has Harry asked you out yet, or what?"

Leah stabbed her eye with the eye pencil, "Ouch!" She pulled her hand away and blinked afew times. When she was sure the stab didnt cause blindness she said, "I dont know what youre talking about."

"Yes you do." I said as I left the bathroom to pick out my outfit,

"No I dont!" Leah called.

"Then youre and idoit because you two obviously like each other." I said as I tore through the rack.

"Whatever, Alice, I dont like Harry like that way. I mean hes hot and stuff but he isnt  my type."

Shes such a bad liar, theyd be perfect for each other, "Are you almost ready? Leah asked as I continued to look, then my hands brushed against something covered in lace, "Yeah, just a sec."

~Zayns POV~

I arrived at the party with the rest of the guys around 9, "Wheres?" Louis asked as we walked over to the cooler and each grabbed a beer.

"She said that she want to get ready with Leah."

all of them smirked but me and looked at Harry, who was focused on the floor,"What?" I asked.

"Didnt you know?" Niall asked, "Harry is in lllloooooooovvvvveeeeeee with Leah."

"Shut up." Harry said, punching him in the shoulder.

I laughed, "You love Leah?" I laughed even harder, "Oh that halarious." Harry starred at me with a blank expression and suddenly it wasnt funny anymore, "You cant be serious," He shrugged and took a swing of beer, "Dude, shes a physciopath!"

"Well she doesnt like me back so you have nothing to worry about." He snapped.

I feel bad about teasing him, "Good, now you can get over her and like someone who isnt a total bitch."

"I dont think you understand, "Harry said, sounding annoied, "Everytime I see her its like my body forgets how to breathe, havent you ever felt that?"

I looked away and suddenly felt what Harry had just descrided as I watched Alice, accompined by Leah, walk in through the front door, in that little black dress."

~Alices POV~

As Leah and I walked over to our friends I felt like everyone was watching me, and it felt really awkward. "Hey." I said to everyone before I pulled Zayns head down and kissed him. He kissed me back as he ran his hands over the lace. When we pulled away I wrapped an arm around his waist adn he s=did the same to me.

"Nasty," Lean sid, grabbing a beer.

"Dont be like that," Liam said,"Love is a amazing thing."

I watched Harrys expression sadden as she said, "Well I dont believe in love."

Good song after good song played as Zayn and I danced to all of them, "I like your dress." He said over the music.

I smiled and brought his forehead to mine, "I bet you do."

Zayn bit his lip and kissed my neck lightly as we continued to dance. The song stopped but he didnt, I giggled and pushed him away, "You go get us some drinks, Ill be over there with everyone else."

"Yes, master." He teased as he kissed my cheek and left me.

When I got over there I got in a conversation, but then I felt a tapp on my shoulder. I turned around to see a really tall, red haired girl that I didnt know, "Uhm, hi."

"Hey," She said,"I was just wondering, arent you Zayn Maliks girlfriend?"

Eh, I hate labels, "Yeah."

"Oh," She seemed confussed, "I wasnt sure because I just saw him-"

"Oh my God, Alice!" It was Niall, "Hey Casandera," He looked back at me and said, "Oh yeah, Alice I just saw Zayn making out with some girl!!"

My head started spinning, What? "Huh?"

"Thats what I was going to tell you," Casandra said, "Im so sorry."

MY head couldnt stop spinning, "I gotta get out of here." I said as I made my way outside.

"Alice!" I heard someone called, but I ignored them as I walked down the path to the sidewalk. My head still wasnt cleared, then nausia took over and I vomited in a nearby shrub.

"Alice!" It was Kurt, "Oh my God, What happened? Are you okkay?"

"Nothing," Tears started to spill over, "Im fine." I wiped my mouth with the back of my hand.

"Tell me." he said. Kurt said. I looked up at him, even in heels he was taller tan me.

"I just had too much-" I started.

"Alice!"

I turned and my eyes started to burn even more.

~Zayns POV~

"Wheres Alice?" I asked.

"Dont worry about it," Harry said crossing his arms.

"Shes my girlfriend. I have the right to know where she is." Why is he being like this?

"Alice knows about you making out with whatsherface at the cooler, nice move." Leah said, standing rather close to Harry.

MY eyes widened, "D-Did she leave?"

"Yeah."

I manuvered my way through the people and made it outside. I saw her talking to Kurt and I ran over, "Alice!"

She turned and wiped her eyes, "Go away."

"No," I said, "I need to talk to you."

"Well I dont want to talk to you." Alice said.

"Just hear me out."

Alice turned more so she she could face me, hands on her hips. "What happened between me and that girl was a mistake. She kissed me first and I was stunned, I-"

She scoffed and pressed the heels of her hands to her eyes, "Stop."

"What-"

"I cant handle this, Zayn. I have WAY to much stuff going on, and now I cant trust you anymore. And I cant be around another person I dont trust."

I cant believe this, "So what are you saying? Youre breaking up with me for something that I didnt even want to happen?"

"I dont know if you wanted it to happen or not, but yeah, Im done." She turned her back to me.

"Y-you cant break upp with me!" I shouted.

"Why?" She snapped, "Because youre Zayn Malik?" Alice still didnt face me.

"Because I love you."

After afew seconds in silence she said quietly, "Just stay away from me." Alice started walking away, and Kurt following her, leaving me alone, shattered.
