Riley's POV
I was screaming and then someone came up to me and put there hand over my mouth and it wasn't Charlie i turned around and I saw missy
Missy- shut up you little brat
Riley- what are you doing here
Missy- just helping my boyfriend out
Riley- you have a boyfriend
She never answered instead she kicked me and I flew to the wall she was slapping and kicking me and punching me and then that's when I herd the doors open but I was already on the floor and I couldn't move and my vision was getting blurry and all I could see was big blobs everywhere but I blacked out
Lucas's POV
Me and Maya herd the damged and ran then we saw two huge doors and tried opening then but it didn't work but Maya had an idea of using a bobby pin and it worked as soon as we opened the doors we saw Riley on the ground she was covered in blood and she was awake for a few seconds and she passed out me and Maya ran to her
Lucas- Maya call the cops I'll bring Riley down stairs
Maya- I'm on it!
I picked Riley up bridal style and carried her down stairs
Maya- they on there way!
When that arrived I asked if I could go with them they said yes and Maya went to Riley's house and told her mom and dad they found her
3 hours later
Everyone is in the waiting room and the doctor came out
Doctor- Miss Mathews just woke up and she a little stable but not the best she's also asking to see a Lucas?
I raised my hand and stood up
Doctor- she won't talk to any of us she won't tell her how she feels or anything you need to have her tell you
Lucas- yes ok
I walked into the room I see Riley laying in the bed and I go up to her and give her a huge hug i missed her so much
Riley- Lucas I missed you so move
She still could hardly move so she didn't give a real hug but I have that later
Lucas- I missed you to princess so they told me that you weren't going to talk to them why?
Riley- I don't like them people have died here and they gave up on a lot and I don't want that to happen to me and until I get out I won't talk to them
Lucas- will you talk to me?
Riley- yeah your my best friend remember?
Lucas- i remember ok now tell me how you feel and where you been this whole time
Riley- well the first month or so Charlie took me to Michigan and they for the next three months we were in Tennessee and then we came back here and they started abusing me and now I'm here
Lucas- wow I'm just glad your back I really missed you Riley I kinda turned into old Lucas without you here
