When everything suddenly changes
I realized I've been living a fantasy
My world filled with lies
Truth hardly found.
Until then I'm stubborn
I don't want to change
Ever since I was born
I didn't want to leave my cage.
My wings clipped on
I could only crawl
Pitifully shown
I am caged after all.
Years passed my cage still closed
I remain effortlessly composed
Until the day you opened my door;
Made me learn so much more.
I suddenly wished to go back
In my cage
