"Do you remember?"

Gideon asked her, wind blowing through his silky black hair, ruffling his coat in the wind. The sound of the fabric flapping behind him. He stood beside his companion, both looking through the night sky and everything below. He had come to speak to his partner. This lead them both atop a building, one of the many places he found Ash contemplating her life. She enjoyed the view and he did as well.

He stood with smile hung snuggly along his face, proud to ask such a question. It was almost as if he knew her answer but wanted to her her speak. He always did enjoy hearing her share.

His arm snaked around her waist, oh so lovingly he pulled the woman into his arms and held her against his chest, a warm embrace.

"You remember don't you?" He would ask again, inpatient now. His pale hand comes up to brush against her still tan skin, following the shape of her face. His burning red eyes staring deeply into her down.

"Remember what..?" Ash asked, hoping to change the topic. Her hands pushed against his chest. She was obviously uncomfortable and Gideon gave no reason to care. When she looked away to avoid his touch she could hear the click of his tongue.

"The night you officially became mine of course." He said this the assumption that he owned her now. His grip on her waist grew tighter than before. A ' Remember who's in charge.' Gideon was never one to assert his dominance unless she truly avoided his advances, this of course was only if he meant well..but she didn't know that.

"You mean the night you ruined my life." She muttered, she would be harsh only to defend herself. True or not she always said such cruel things. Looking in any direction that he wasn't, Ash tried with all her light to avoid him. Refusing to make contact or acknowledge the fact that he tried to nonchalantly seduce her.

Gideon came forward, he pressed his lips to her ear and whispered. "You know.." His mouth subtly moving down toward her neck. "I gave you new life..a second chance."  Gideon  then turned the female back to him, he'd step aside and wave his arm about, showing her the city scape behind them.

"I was still enjoying my first." She replied through gritted teeth, her eyes looming over the horizon. Ash looked toward the stars now, searching for answers but found none.

"But I love you my dear Ashlynn." He said now, these were his true emotions. Gideon came up from behind his creation. One hand rested along her hip and the other tucked her hair behind her ear. Slowly he leant down to place a tender kiss against her neck. The same spot that he had bitten into..

"You know I do darling. I always have.." He would add before pulling away and allowing the girl to move freely once again. Showing her that he was not her enemy, he never was but she pretends that he is.

"I...." Ash caught her words, what does she say?Shivers found their way down her spine. She opened her lips to speak, they shut again. Gideon himself could easily see the internal struggle she faced. A deep breath. "...." but no response. She wanted to tell him how she felt, oh how she pleaded with herself to speak. Sadly she could not tell him and perhaps wouldn't for a while,  instead she would shake her head and return to the dazzling lights in front of her.
