"You don't need to go father!" I helplessly tried to get him to stay.
"I'm sorry sweetheart. But I have to go" I ran up to him and gave him a huge hug. Hopefully not the last one, but maybe.
"Love you James" My mom kissed him on the cheek. Then me and her sat there crying as he picked up his bag and solumly walked out the door.
"Sweety," she looked at me. "I've been working on a dress for you. It's done now."
"OK! Thanks!" I faked my smile. I trotted up the stairs and once she couldn't see my face, my smile faded.
"I'll alway love you, father." I wispered.
