Chapter 1 I'm no hero

CLANG! The sound of two swords clashing is the only sound that could be heard in this otherwise quiet forest. It's times like these I wonder how I got myself into this mess.
*FLASH BACK*
"YO CHRIS!" I turn around to my friend Eddie calling me. "Hey Ed what's up?" "...the sky," he grinned like the idiot he is. I mentally face-palmed, and shook my head, "are you coming to the arcade Christopher?" I saw Alex trying to catch up. "Nah I gotta head home, see ya." Little did I know someone was watching me in the distance, "Kimmy K. To heavenly wheel do you copy?" "Kim stop with the code names...but yes we copy what's the problem?" There was a slight pause before the person spoke, "I have the target in sight may I engage?" "Yes you may." I was walking home when suddenly I was pulled into an ally. I struggled and tried to yell but my mouth was covered as soon as it was open. Once I got tired a feminine voice said. "You'll come with me if you know what's best for you." Soon after that it seemed like we were flying. Soon after we arrived at an old abandoned building. Once we were inside and the doors were locked I was let loose. "Alright...sorry for the rough introduction I'm Kim!" The girl in front of me smiles as if nothing had happened. I finally got a good look at her though. She had flowing red hair that went down to her lower back in a pony tail, she had mesmerizing brown eyes and wore a tight formfitting red dress that looked like it'd be worn by some sort of warrior. The dress had a brown belt wrapping diagonally across her chest and torso with brown leather sleeves, she was also wearing brown boots and looked kind of pale. "Are ya going to say something or look at me like a love sick puppy?" Her smile quickly turned into a glare "sorry but...WHY THE HELL DID YOU KIDNAP ME!!" I must have been pretty loud because Kim flinched. "Right about that...you see...you're a chosen hero that's destined to defeat the evil demon king Orias, and I'm your guardian and your guide." I looked at her like she was crazy. Did she really think I was that stupid? "ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! YOU KIDNAP ME AND THEN YOU TELL ME A STUPID STORY LIKE THAT AND EXPECT ME TO BELIEVE YOU!!" I was pissed either this girl was delusional or she really thought I was stupid. "Just trust me I'm telling the truth look." Right after that she unfolded two pure white wings, "how do you think we got here?" Kim was obviously annoyed, but I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Does this girl really have wings!? "Do you believe me now?" All I could do was nod I had no words. "Alright now that I have your undivided attention, let's talk business." I was still skeptical but I listened to what she had to say "So you're the hero chosen by the gods and blah blah blah so getting to the point, you are destined to save the world from the demon king Orias and you get to use this awesome sword...that's pretty much the same size as you and you have to wear this," Kim held out a necklace with a bright half moon on it. "I don't get it why me? What did I do that made the gods choose me?" I was honestly confused I've never really done something all that heroic in my life. "Oh and if you're gong to be a hero you better get something cooler to wear than a school uniform" I took the necklace and put it on. "Well this is going to be an interesting experience..." and that's how it all started. Now I'm sparring with Kim in a sword fight learning how to use my sword, and how to properly use my sword. "Alright let's take a break and relax." Kim dropped her sword and flopped on the surprisingly soft grass. I got some cooler clothes like Kim suggested and I honestly don't feel like me anymore. While sparring I wear a green long sleeved shirt with a brown leather vest, with black pants and brown boots, and I'm forced to carry around a huge sword that is really close to my size. "Come on! What part of relax do you not understand. Sit down." I sat down next to Kim and got curious
