—My brain was telling me, it's a disaster and then my heart replied, but a beautiful one.

Cabir took Manik with him and Fab5 got back to their houses. He didn't tell anything to rest of Fab5 members about the heated encounter with Nandini and decided to stay at Manik's place tonight as he knew today Manik needed him.

As soon as Manik reached his house, he marched directly to his room.

"Manik!!! Yaar wait! Manikkkk!!!" Cabir tried to follow him but Manik's speed was something today.

He finally managed to get in the room before Manik could have shut it and lock.

Manik was furious but today he didn't mess up the room. He didn't let out his anger on those non living objects. And this was something usual.

What was happening to him?

Why was he angry?

And the most important one...

On whom he was angry?

Nandini? Or his own self?

His heart and brain was at never ending battle.

What he did to Nandini was wrong! Very wrong!

But then was it alright, how that girl was shouting on his friend and saying things about which she had no idea?

What does she think of herself?

What does she know about them? About their messed up lives?

And for what she was shouting on him and actually slapped him... Those which he didn't. And can never ever think of doing it.

Spiking a girls' drink just to take her advantage?

Really?

How can she blame him for these low things?

Do people really think that low of him?

Manik was struggling with these questions. His brain could burst any moment.

There was complete silence. Nobody said a word. Cabir was observing him. He expected him to throw things and shout on all the servants but he didn't. And this was really unusual.

Manik was sitting near his window looking at the busy city tuning his guitar.

Today his notes were real loud and harsh

Today his notes were real loud and harsh.

He was trying to lose himself in music because whenever he needed answers only music was the one which could get him back his sanity but today nothing was working.

Why the hell was his heart that affected?

Why the hell was his heart that restless?

He wanted these answers because he knew he was the one who doesn't care about people and their so-called perceptions. Then why the hell today he was actually caring that too about a mere stranger whom he met a week ago.
