**Leah's POV**
Today was the day! I really wasn't happy about going and I will still put up a protest about not going but I knew I had to, to make my dad happy.
It's going to be weird having a new 'mother' figure in my life because sadly I lost mine when I was four. I still never will get over it and I still think about her every night and sometimes even cry most nights, but I knew it would never bring her back....nothing could....
I still have flashbacks to the day we had the car accident, I was sitting in the back in my booster seat and my mum and dad was in the front. A car behind us lost control and went into a truck which swivelled into our car and my mum was driving and the side my mum was on got mashed into the rock and got crushed. My dad managed to get out to save me and well....that's when we knew that my mum had died.
The thoughts have never left me and never will.
I feel bad leaving her here but we can't exactly take her😭 I have left many things here.... My family, my friends, my house which I grew up in and my mam.
"LEAHHHH" .... "COME ON WE ARE GOING NOW!"my dad shouted up!
"Okayyyyy" I said mimicking his tone.
We are in the car now and being the unsocial person I am I put my headphones in as my eyelids got heavy and I drifted off into a deep sleep.
My music stopped and is it done that I jumped up, only to realise my playlist had finished.
"Leah we are almost here sweetie so I'm going to phone Victoria on the radio hands free system, okay?"my dad said.
"Yeah okay"I said tiredly until I woke up a bit more.
"Hey sweetie we are almost here" my dad said as Victoria answered.
"Okay babe we will be waiting outside" Victoria said sweetly.
Their conversation went on for a few more minutes before hanging up!
****About 10 minutes later****
"We're here sweetie" my dad said happily as he got out to give Victoria a hug and a kiss before asking me am I actually going to get out of the car today.
WOW........ I don't know who this boy was, I think it could be LEONDRE but WOW he's hot!
"Hey I'm LEONDRE but you can call me Leo for short princess" he said to me but I didn't realise he was talking to me until I shock myself back into reality to see him winking at me.
"Oh hey I'm Le-"I tried to say until Leo cut me off.
"Leah" Leo said.
"Yeah Leah".
"This is my mam and my sister Matilda but we call her Tilly for short and my mam Victoria but you can call her mam or vic for short" Leo said gazing at me!
