I pack my last box up and carry it downstairs to the UHAUL moving truck. Today was my last day in New Jersey. We'll be moving to Omaha which I hear, has barely anything. It has a couple High Schools, but I don't know which one I'll currently be going to.

I gently slide it across the back and close the sliding door thingy on the truck, securely locking it for the moving guys. I sigh and wipe my hands on my aztec patterned pants, and walking back inside. I climb the staircase and walk to the empty room that used to be mine.

The white walls covered in holes from my posters and pictures. The hardwood floor with a blanket, charger, and pillow. I sit down and throw the soft white blanket over me, and look at my empty room.

Last night here. First thing tomorrow morning, we're off to the airport. No saying goodbye to my friends. Nothing.

I take my phone out and decide to do a group chat on kik. I add Samantha, Grace, Will, Isaiah, Carlos, Emily, and Harry.

Me:

Hey guys :)

Emily:

Don't leave us!!!

Carlos:

Leaving?! What?

Samantha:

She's moving to Omaha tomorrow :O

Carlos:

Hell no! I'm driving over to your place rn. Ill get Will and Harry.

Me:

Guys guys, calm down. We will still talk over the phone! Skype and everything.

Emily:

It won't be the same Ash, we'll miss you

Carlos:

On my way ;(

Will:

My baby is leaving me..

Me:

I know Will, I'm sorry.. :(

Emily:

If he flirts with anyone, I'll make sure to cut him

Me:

Thanks guys. I gotta go, text u when I get on the plane tomorrow. Love you guys.

I put my phone away and sigh, feeling like crying, but knowing my three best friends will be here soon. I wait patiently and hear three pairs of footsteps running quickly upstairs. I face the doorway and see Will, Harry, and Carlos staring at me with sad faces. I sit up and open my arms, wanting them to hug me.

They quickly walk over to the middle of the room where I was at and sat down. They all pushed their weight on my body and layed on me. I laughed and hugged them all. We stay like that and talk.

"So, why are you moving to Omaha?" Will asks me.

"Well, my dad works at a travel company and they want him to work over there for three to four years to work at the building there. So basically, they're transferring workers."

They frown and hug me.

"Ashley, it's time for your friends to leave." I bear my dads voice call from downstairs. I feel my tank top getting soaked by their salty tears.

"Guys, don't cry. Please!" I beg. They look at me and smile. I kiss them all and they strut down the stairs, I hear the front door open, then close.

I sigh and look at the ceiling, feeling a tear slide down my temple.

"I love you guys." I whisper before falling asleep.
