I wake up to the sound of my alarm go off on my phone. I slowly open my eyes and see it's not even the crack of dawn yet. I sigh and check the time.

3:46

Great. I sit up and turn my alarm off, clicking onto my kik app.

Me:

Hey guys, I'm about to get ready to leave. Ily all and I'll call you on the plane or something. I get my own seat finally :)

I lay my phone on the pillow and rub my eyes. Still tired, I walk to the old closet in the hallway and grab my pile of clothes I threw in there. I walk to the bathroom and open the door, turning on the light and being blinded. I shout a little and let my eyes adjust to the light. After a minute, I open the shower curtain and turn the faucet on, adjusting the water to the temperature I wanted. I get undressed and throw them on the floor.

I step in and feel the water hit me, making me arch my back for a second. I adjust it a little more and decide to wash my long black hair. I but a nickel sized amount of shampoo in my hands and wash my hair thoroughly. I wash my body after and shave my legs. I step out and wrap a towel around my body and hair.

I decided to wear my emoji sweater and matching joggers. I threw my underclothes on then my sweater and joggers. I throw the towel in a bag along with my dirty clothes. I grab my little makeup bag from under the sink and do my light makeup. I throw on some black Vans on and I put that in the bag and grab every last things from my room.

I examine my old room before closing the door and walking slowly downstairs. My parents are already downstairs and have they're bags and passports out.

"Here sweetheart, you need this." My mom says, handing me my passport and other things I needed for the airport.

"Ready?" My dad asks. I nod and look at my mom. She smiles and opens the front door. I see all my friends, still in pajamas. They're carrying roses and balloons saying 'See You Soon'.

"Aww guys!" I say, running up them and having a great last group hug with them. I smile and recieve my gifts from them.

"We'll miss you!" They all say, walking me to our car.

"Me too guys. I'll oovoo on the plane later k?" I say. They nod and I hop in the backseat.

"Love you!" Will says as we drive off.

~skips car ride~

We park our car in this lot and get out. We grab our suitcases outta the trunk and walk into the New Jersey State Airport. We go through our airport routine, security, bag check, passport. We finally board our plane and I make it to my seat, which was sitting next to a blonde boy with blue eyes, maybe the same age as me. I put my sutcase up and hold my backpack, it containing everything I needed. The blonde boy looks at me and and smiles.

"Hey. I'm Jack." He says, smiling. I smile back and put my bag down.

"I'm Ashley. It's nice to meet you Jack." I say, shaking his extending hand. He chuckles and lets go of the handshake. I blush and look down.

"So, you're going to Omaha. What for?"he asks.

"Well, my dad is working up there now, so we have to move there."

He laughs. "You're making it sound like Omaha is a bad thing."

"Well, I heard they're is not a lot of stuff there." I say. He smiles and nods.

"You just gotta make your own little game plan up. If you know what I'm tryna say." He says, giggling at the end. I smile and nod.

"But trust me. You'll like it in Omaha." He says.

I hope so..
