At 7:32 in the morning, Dean called Crowley to tell him the most devastating news in the universe.
"Hello Dean, what do I owe the pleasure?" the Scottish man said sarcastically before hearing soft crying on the other end of the line. "Dean?" Crowley asked confused as to why the eldest brother was crying.
"Crowley, he's dead. Bobby he, he was shot in the skull by Dick."
Time seemed to stop when he heard those words. He dropped his glass of whiskey on his black rug.
"What the bloody hell are you talking about?!" Crowley nearly screamed. That's all he wanted to do. Scream, break things, and sob. Highly uncharacteristic of him. Growley, his hell hound, looked up from his place on the rug looking confused at his daddy.
"We tried to save him but it was too late, I'm sorry" and with that Dean hung up. The demon screamed. He threw his phone at the wall and started ripping his pillows in half before breaking down into a sobbing mess. Growley walked over to his daddy and nudged him. Crowley shook with sobs as he clung to the only thing that had remotely any feeling for him.
"I should have told him! I had the perfect chance to! I could've saved him! Damn feathers! He was bloody there! He's bloody useless!" he yelled. All of his demons were outside his door, for once in their lives as demons, they felt bad for their king instead of afraid.

Crowley had lost weight, his stubble was now a beard, he looked lifeless, and his eyes they were so empty. Sam had noted this after Bobby's cremation.
"Crowley, you don't look too well have you been eating?" he asked genuinely worried. Crowley gave his best annoyed face.
"Of course I have Moose. I've just been exercising" he said as though he'd practiced that over and over again. Sam nodded and turned to leave. He was met by the waiting arms of his very short husband Gabriel. After Sam and Gabriel left, it was just Crowley and the fire. He looked at it.
"Robert..." he murmured. "I love you and I always have. I should've told you sooner but, the words, they, they wouldn't come out! I could've stopped you from going or at least been with you..." he choked back tears. "I'M SORRY! Forgive me Robert!" he scream. He fell to the ground sobbing. Dean who had come back for his lighter watched the demon as his body shook with sobs. He actually felt bad for him. Dean decided he didn't need his lighter that much and left.

Hell was a mess. The king wasn't doing anything. All he did was sleep all day. He never ate, never shaved, didn't do any work. He just laid in bed, begging, no, praying that Abbadon would come and kill him. The only time he got out of bed is when the boys summoned him. He didn't even wear his suit anymore. He wore a sweatsuit, it helped to hide the fact that you could easily count his rib bones. He was just a shell, no longer the great, snarky king he used to be. He hardly bothered talking anymore, what was the point? His subjects tried anything to get a rive out of him, from telling his secrets to voiding out deals, nothing worked. One day, the day Abbadon came back, the demons begged her to do something to get him out of this depressed state he was in.
"So the salesman is depressed over a human, huh?" she smirked. Crowley ignored her, he just flipped over in his bed, his eyes red and puffy from crying. "Answer me when I'm talking to you!" she growled. Crowley muttered something. "What was that?" Abbadon asked.
"JUST BLOODY KILL ME!" he screamed his face red. Abbadon stared at him.
"You mean you're not gonna fight me? You're just going to willingly die?" she asked. She'd been hoping for a fight.
"Then don't kill me" the male said emotionlessly flipping onto his back so he could stare at the ceiling. Abbadon shrugged and plunged the knife deep into the demon's heart. For the first time in many years, he smiled.
"Thank you" he whispered before his eyes closed forever.
