(Chapter 4) Promise

He's heart was ponding in his chest, hind right leg was throbbing. Pain striked throw the centaur's body. Refusing to let himself give up so easily, he ran deep within the forest, far way for the government agents' van.
Dipper body finally gave in, as he fell to the forest floor. The fresh blood stained the bandage on his hind leg. He bit his lip, fighting the tears. Dipper place both hands on the damp ground, pushing himself up. His lower body was shaking, he could barely stand.
His eyes watered as he scanned his surrounding. He looked up at the pinky sky through the branches of the trees, the sun was begging to set. Beautiful oranges, pinks, yellows, and blues stained the sky.
Dipper weakly smiled, tear building up in his eyes.
"Two more days." He mumbled under his breath, he was at the very lest going to get Mabel safely out of the now hellish town of 'Gravity falls'. Three days he though as look back at his bleeding leg, he began to search for a hidden place to rest. Stumbling as he walked, Dipper spotted a very large tree. There was a large, practically hidden hole with the roots and the pill of leafs on top of it. The hole was slightly underneath the tree. He could barely see what was down there, do to the darkness of the hole.
This should be a decent place to sleep, at lest for tonight. Dipper thought to himself, as he crawled into the hole. Maneuvering his body around the roots.
The hole was cold and damp, causing Dipper to shiver at touch of the cool floor on his skin. Dipper laid on the dame dirt, bring his body close to himself for warmth.
The starts twinkled in the night sky, as fireflies roam the sky.

The forest was quiet, in a state its of beauty. But in the town, there was fighting and screaming between the government agents.

"What do you, YOU LOST HIM!?!?" General James slammed the desk looking at the two men, who look terrified.
"You see Sir," Dan said trying to keep his manly demeanor," We shot him in the leg, and caged him up in the van... But-"
Cameron the one who was driving the van at the time, cut Dan off continue the embarrassing story," We honest didn't even think the kid was awake. There no way we could have predicted something like this to happen."
General James pinched the bridge of his nose in annoyance, leaning back in the leather desk chair. He mangled through his brain, trying to think of an idea to fix the mess the two so called 'government agents' made.
"Dipper Pines......" he mumbled under his breath. Listing down the information the knew about him.
A sly smile crept upend his face.
"How many members of the Pines family do we have as of now?"
"One Sir...." Cameron replied.
"One? Which One do we have?" General James asked.
"Stanly Pines, the gargoyle." Dan stated, starting to understand the general's plan.
"Lead me to him, we might still have a changes of catching him."

Dun-Dun-DA!
Finally it out! Yes!
Again sorry for the wait, it been just under a month, wow, sorry again. I honestly had a bit of a writers block in the chapter, just a bunch of chooses.
Either way I'm kind of happy with this chapter, I honestly thought it was going to be Crap, but no. And I left you a Mimi cliffhanger *evil laughs* hopeful you'll get a new chapter sooner, but I don't know.
Like each time I was working on the resent chapters it was alway before bed, when I'm all weird, and poop.
So if the chapter is weird, I'm sorry, I hoped you liked it anyways.
AND if made any grammar mistakes point it out, I'm tired and might have miss one.
