So Sweet - One Shot

The light orange Florida glow shimmered in the younger woman's eyes once he looked straight at her. It was one of those moments that the both of them would never forget.

"So, you and I have been hanging out for a while now, and I was wondering if...you know, we become a couple or something."

Robert Roode showed Leah Van Dale, or better known as Carmella a huge grin. The current TNA King of the Mountain Champion and the NXT female wrestler have been spending a ton of time with one another; early morning breakfast and late night dinner dates, walks in the local park, and even seeing each other wrestle in their respective promotions.

They were acting like teenagers in absolute love, even though they are 11 years apart.

Sometimes, love is stronger than age.

"In all seriousness Leah, you literally took the words out of my mouth. I am honestly falling in love with you."

Still glistening, Leah's hazel eyes widen once Robert told her that statement. She wasn't sure if he was telling her this because of how amazing her steak and potatoes meal was or if he was being truthful towards her. But then again, she felt the same way.

"Are you serious? Because I'm falling in love with you also."

Robert nodded his perfectly chiseled head while smiling, happy to see Leah blushing.

"Leah, when I said 'In all seriousness', I meant it! I have never met anyone as bright and joyful as you. I never knew that I could love someone so much after getting a divorce. But, you totally changed that."

Robert also starting to blush once he was done talking. He haven't felt so excited about being in love for a very long time. As for Leah, she couldn't wipe the giant smile of her face. She was just too happy that she finally found the man of her dreams.

"Oh Bobby! You are the sweetest! I can't even deal with you!"

She giggled softly before leaning over the dining room table and kissing her now boyfriend's cheek. Robert winks at Leah while smiling and sitting back in her chair. Feeling so joyful, Leah gets out of her chair once more and skips over to Robert, happily sitting down on his large lap. The both of them staring to laugh at one another.

"This Canadian is always sweet, especially towards you."

"I know you are baby! There's something that I've been wanting to do for a while."

Leah slowly leans over to the older man and kissed him on the lips. Robert quickly placed his right arm around Leah's waist, kissing her back with the same passion.

Their first kiss as a couple was heated, romantic, and overall a wonderful experience.

It was sweet. Oh so sweet.
