"I sentence these four girls to jail"

"What!" we all yelled in unison.

"Case closed" the judge ignored.

The police that were standing on the side, slowly approached towards us and grabbed us by the wrist.

"Stop!" our lawyer yelled.

"We could send them to some school" he suggested raising one hand to get the judge's attention.

The judge froze. She turned back to her seat and sat down.

"What kind of school?" she asked listening in interest.

"Uhm...like-"

"My daughter Richelle knows ballet" My mum interrupted.

"Mum!" I hissed glaring my eyes at her. How could she? Doesn't she know how much I hate ballet? I didn't run away from that many classes for nothing you know.

"What about the other girls?" asked the judge"

"They all know ballet. They used to attend ballet together until they went to ninth grade" my mother rolled her eyes.

Seriously? Is that the best you've got?

"Then I sentence you to the academy of ballet " the judge announced.

"Hell no" I whispered to myself.

"Guys c'mon please" Amy pleaded.

"No" Mel refused.

"Please!" she said once more.

"Amy, we can't steal a dress! We stole a pack of chips and stuff but this is way too much!" I said.

"Rikki, this is once in a life time! I need that dress! I want to see Claudia burn so bad!" she said going her knees.

She must be out of her mind!

People don't realise if you've stolen a chocolate bar or a packet of chips. But a dress? That's crazy!

"Borrow a dress from Jamie" I suggested.

"I don't think so. Her style isn't my type" she said plopping next to me on the couch, crossing her arms.

"What about me?" Jamie asked, entering the living room with a bowl of pretzels. She placed the bowl on the glass coffee table. She then went over to her movie cupboard to pick a film. Everybody knows the answer to that, some old movie we've never seen and never will.

"Nothing" Amy rolled her eyes. She's so immature. She acts like a little girl sometimes.

"Can't you ask your dad for money?" I suggested.

"I would've. If he knew I was going to sneak out and go to a party. Besides, I am grounded. Remember?" she said.

"Don't you think it's a little weird stealing a dress, just for a dumb party?" Mel said.

"Steal? What? No, I swore not to steal again" Jamie interrupted and dropped the movie DVDs out of her hand. She's usually cool about everything. I wonder why she panicked.

"JJ relax. It's just a dress" Amy shrugged.

"If you guys are going to steal a dress for a party, count me out" Jamie said picking up the DVDs up from the floor.

Mel is always paranoid. She's literally scared of everything. Jamie is usually the cool one. She doesn't mind or care, she just has to have her old movie collection next to her. This time, the movies didn't help though.

"You know what? This is the last time I ask you guys for a favour" Amy said storming out of the living room.

"Amy! Come here" Mel said running after her.
