Ashlyn's POV
I woke up somewhere that looked familiar. I tried sitting up but groaned and fell back. "Oh your awake. Good thing to your friends were worried,"said a tall lady. "Wh-where am I what happened," I said. "Well,you got punched in the face really hard by 'a jock' because your skate board accidentally hit his girlfriend in the face. You got knocked out and Nick and Conner carried you into the school while something happened out side that made him come in her eloping like that." The nurse (I'm guessing that's who she was) gestured to one of the school jocks all bruised and hurt. I looked at my phone saying it was 4:15. "I should get going I have to meet up with my friends and o home and do homework,"I said starting to push myself off the bed with my arms,"owwww what's up with my arm?!?" The nursed sat me in one of the chairs and bandaged my arm up in a splint and large bandage thing. "Don't lift anything up with your arm ok. You might need a cast but on Monday check in with me. I'll give you tomorrow and the weekend to rest up,"she said leading me to the hall way. I got out into the hall and saw Conner waiting for me talking to Nick. Nick and Conner came up to me and Conner grabbed my bag. Nick was talking to the nurse and we went outside. "Where's Jack,"I asked worried that something happened to him. "Ashlyn calm down he's fine he's waiting outside with Tyler for you." We finally got outside and everyone was staring at me. I just kept walking and I came across my skateboard,broken in half,probably by the jocks getting in a rage. I picked up the pieces and held them in my arms while I walked to Jack. "Hey Ashlyn are you ok,"Jack said looking down at me then my skateboard,"oh my god Ashlyn I'm-" I interrupted him from continuing. "It's fine dude I can just buy a new one." I took my board and shoved the pieces into my bag. "Let's go study I'm sick of this place,"I said laughing with the guys and we started walking to Jacks house.
