Day one: did you talk to him on social media or text message? If so, delete the messages and if the temptation is too much delete him off social media too, lose his number. Get bad times out of your head. Embrace the positivity. You're free. You're getting over someone you like, you're open to everything now.
Get yourself ready if you see him most, if not everyday. You need to act confident, regain the friendship or ignore him completely if this will be easier. Just don't let him having fun get you down. But don't try to get his attention anymore. You're over that.
My biggest advice: never let him make you think you're worth less than what you are. I'm struggling with that so I take it out in self-harm. Don't do that. (P.S. Don't worry about me, I'm recovering. I'll be fine). But you are a gorgeous person and I'm going to make you see that also in the 28 days I'll be with you.
Carry these words around like a bible, mantra or mottos.
Your mantra of the day(MotD): I am beautiful the way I am. I don't need a guy to define me.
Now gorgeous, you need to look in the mirror and smile at the fabulous person you are, tell yourself that, repeat the mantra a couple of times. You. Are. Beautiful.
