A/N ~ it's almost 1am and I can't sleep. I couldn't figure out why till I went on wattpad. I haven't written a new chapter and I feel really bad. so to anyone following this advice from day one as I started, I'm sorry. I'm going to push the days back by one, I think so it's a day later. it'll all still go normally I hope.
Day Eight: today is the day you start pushing yourself physically. feel like you're back in the game, being fit has been proven to make you feel happier...and have a nice ass. but we'll get to that later.
for exercises try these:
- the 7 minute workout (personal fav)
- run for about a km (I think 1.6 miles roughly)
- weightlifting (don't push yourself)
- walk around a local park once a day (by yourself or with a friend)
- take up a gym class (MMA is really fun)
- make sure to be active for at least 30 minutes a day
- or try the before shower workout in the picture attached
MotD: that guy don't like you? dress fabulously, wear red lipstick and do some squats. making them wish they had this ass ;) -Unknown
advice: do something good for your body and exercise, get outside enjoy the fresh air. although it may be almost summer where I live, winter is just as great outside, I love the snow. so get your butt out there and do some squats, get your *ss, abs, arms, legs, whatever in shape. but just remember you don't have to be stick skinny to love yourself, as said by one of my favourite singers/rappers, Autumn Nicole Costa (go check her out, she's amazing), models come in all sizes and shapes.
