"Yes" The professors were shocked. The theme was too deep for someone of his age, the life and death has been a taboo for everyone. No one for his sake wouldn't dare to write about that.

"This can enrage the all mighty Ankhseram, so don't write about this again"

"I was just curious... Why do we live and die..."

He wanted to see his little brother again, play with him, just like the old days.

~Flashback~ You can play the music on c: 

"Zeref-nii, what's that over there?" Natsu pointed at a little lizard on a rock.

"That's a Salamander, Natsu, it is an anphibian."

"I didn't get, but that Salater thing sounds cool, It's like a mini-bragon!"

"It's 'salamander' and 'dragon', and Well, you could say that dragons and salamanders are family"

"AWESOME! Just like you and me?"

"Nii-san, I don't want to be alone, will you be with me?"

"Of course I will be with you, till the end"

"Do you promise me?"

"I promise" His brother smiled at him and hugged him.

*Ends flashback*

He would be blaming himself for not be able to save Natsu, he thought that he was a bad brother, and he didn't  deserve to be his big brother, he always said to himself. The only thing that he could do for him was head his burned body and keep his body till he could revive him, and go on adventures.

"It's My fault, Natsu, I couldn't keep my promise"

"If we could sucessfully gather 27 million of these Magic spheres, the R System would be completed, but that's Just a theory! (A/N: MatPat pls v:)

The persons were surprised about Zeref's investigation, the room was filled of silence.

"That's a wonderful research proposal..."

"Amazing..."

"He's talking about bringing back the dead?"

" How many times I have to tell you, Zeref... It's a taboo to bring back the dead.
And based on your theory, we'd require a sacrifice in exchange for the life you're bringing back"

The Death is a natural process, and it is a territory that a simple human like them shouldn't enter.

" I thought I told you to stop working on the eclipse project?" Zeref's teacher entered his room.
For a long time Zeref would be working on the Eclipse Project, a time travelling door...

" What do you plan on doing once you've travelled on time?"

"All this projects of yours, The R System and the Eclipse Project, are to bring back your little brother, isn't It?"

Zeref, since his brother died, he would be researching many ways to revive him, that was his only reason that he was still in the Magic Academy.

"The board of directors have agreed on expelling you from the Academy"

"They all had hope on you.... Such a pity...."

"B-But I..."

"Your brother isn't coming back..."

"You can't bring him back!"

Suddenly a dark aura surrounded Zeref, and killing all the life that was near him. The Teacher was scared, this was God's Punishment, isn't it?

" This is... Ankhseram's Wrath....?" All went black, Zeref closed his eyes.

The students, even The teachers, everyone had died....

This was Ankhseram's Wrath, the more he loved life, the more he robbed the peoples lives... And that includes animals, plants... All sign of life perished by that curse, and the only way to stop killing inocent people, is not loving the life, hating him, so Zeref had to think of Life in a other way as he wanted to.

And that wasn't all. The Ankhseram's curse contradicts thoughs.

"Kill everyone"

"Destroy all that is in your way"

"Hate humanity"

And also It made him immortal, What a dismay, isn't it?

"I wished to die, so that was when I delved deeper into the dark arts..."

" Creating demons that could hopefully end me.. What were later known as Zeref's demons..."

"They were once called Etherious... Because of the way they were made... Being made of pure Ether..."

"But sadly, neither of them could kill me..."

"And so I finally made you... With the hope that you'd be as your name states...

E.N.D, Etherious Natsu Dragneel"

And so the Black Wizard walked in the dark, just to meet his brother one more time. The story of the Brotherhood that was burned by the fire, but that Story has to wait a little more.

I can say that this two chapter were the... Prologue? This fanfic is based on the Dragneel's relationship, when Natsu was a little demon C: XD
