A zephyr gently shook the vibrant, green grass. I softly hummed to myself, and wove a flower crown consisting of the Wildflowers that grew around here. They had a wonderful shade of white, sometimes a little pink! I giggled and placed it atop my head. Another zephyr blows through, making the grass dance even more.

"What have you got there, lil' miss?"

I open my eyes slowly. The sun peaked out from the horizon, casting a orang-y glow to my room. 'What time is it?' Sitting up, I reach over to the phone sitting on the nightstand, only to blare as I got my hands on it. 'Fuck.'

The dreams appeared more often than I thought. Some were very small, you couldn't even give them a second thought. Some I had remembered, though blurry and unclear. Then you have the vivid ones. The ones that have been occurring more often were very.... calming. Tranquil? Serene? It always felt so nice, and I never wanted to wake up.

But sadly, education wouldn't let me. Or Cas.

"Brooo, you totally missed it! You know that guy from awhile ago?" Cas purred, its arm hooking around my neck. "Nah." "Oh c'mon! Don't be such a killjoy! You remember!" Cas pouted. "Yeah, okay, fine. What of him?" I grumbled, rolling my eyes. "He confronted me again. He looked like he wanted to tell me off but nooo, he apologized. Can ya believe it? We even became friends." Cas grinned. I didn't believe it. "Do you even remember his name?" I say, lightly tossing Cas' arm off from my neck. I started walking toward the direction of the school. "Uhhhhh......no." Cas replied, silently laughing.

Before entering Jabberwock's class, the 'boy from earlier' came up to me. He seemed slightly unnerved. As he slowly walked toward me, I held my tongue. He did want to make it up to Cas. "H-hey. I wanted to say I'm sorry. A-at mean, it was kinda stupid, having IT for pronouns? Like seriously? I thin-" I shot him down with a glare. "B-but what I mean was, I kinda regret my actions so....I'm sorry. Again." My expression didn't change. I somewhat felt to forgive him, but then there was that dark feeling to not. I opened my mouth, "I'll think on it. Hurry to class now, you'll be late." "Thank you!" He exclaimed as he ran off. I let out a sigh, and entered Jabberwock's class.

"You're later than usual." said Jabberwocky, looking up from his classroom guide as I took my seat at the front. "Eh. I was talking to someone." I remark, taking my binder out of my backpack. "Was it Cas? I know you two are close. Oh, and-" I look up at him, and he gulped. "Cas forgot his homework. Keep....it in check, alright?" I nodded. The bell rang, signaling the start of Jabberwock's class. "Alright class, today's poem we are studying are about witch hunts." Something stirred within me, but I discarded it. I was probably hungry. I didn't pay attention to class after that. I looked out the window and slowly dozed off.

"BURN HER! SHE'S A WITCH!" I woke to a scene to where I was...running? It was really, really hot, too. I tried to stop from running, but I couldn't. My thoughts were plagued with panic and fear. Like I was a separate entity from this person. My breaths became staggered and rough, and my head felt heavier than usual. Did I have long hair? I tried taking in more of my surroundings. The smell of oak and something burning. Feeling my bare feet hit the hard ground. Seeing many stars litter the night sky with a warm light behind me, making it seem like I was chasing my own shadow. Tasting the lukewarm wind. Hearing cruel words about me...being a witch? I took a sharp turn and hid behind a large tree. Air seemed like daggers to my throat. "Whence the hell did the witch go? Search the area, make sure every speck of this land hast been seen!" Fear plagued me, stunning me. I refused to move.

I took a look at myself. I wore a thin white dress that went to my knees. I had curly, golden hair that went a little past my shoulders. I felt myself crying. I wouldn't be surprised. From what I know, this was a witch hunt. I'll have to ask Cas later. Wait. I don't even know where I am....who I am.
'I can't stay here....I have to move!' I ran straight forwards, away from the light that the people had casted.  It looks like I can control myself now....I had too many questions.....
After a while, I decided to stop running, my adrenaline all used up. Everything hurt. I peer at my surroundings once again. It was pitch black, except for the pale moonlight struggling to shed light through the forest. There were many bushes that looked like they had berries coming down from it. I look closer, squinting to see that these were actually blueberries. 'Out of all fruits...the ones I don't like very much.'  I frowned in my head, but the girl I was inhabiting picked them off anyway, and they weren't too bad.
After I had a handful, it was still dark as hell. My muscles ached. 'I'm complaining as much as Cas does....' I laugh internally at the thought of Cas, then look at the trees. The leaves were so thick, even if the people came, I doubt they could find me, unless they looked hard enough. She tries to grab the closest branch, but it was seemingly out of reach. 'I'm shorter than I thought I was...' I jump, barely holding on the the thick branch. 'I'm weaker than I thought I was!' I thought as I slowly pull myself up from the ground. It was thick enough to stand on. I kept climbing as high as I could, steering away from the birds nests. Sunlight was still nowhere to be found. 'It's probably around four in the morning. Enough time to sleep....' As I feel my eyelids getting heavy, I settle down and sleep.
I wake up to Jabberwocky looking down on me. "Azu, how many times must you fall asleep in my class? I'm not that boring!" He says,  exasperated. I lazily look over at the clock. 1 minute till lunch. Sweeeeet. "I'm sorry Jabberwocky. I'll probably do it again though." I say, scratching the back of my head. The rest of the class doesn't laugh, as this is common. "Why must you call me that? I mean, I know Lewis' Carroll's works are fabulous, and this is English class, but that doesn't mean-"
DING,   DING,    DING.
Everyone gets up and leaves. I pack up my stuff as well, only to see Jabberwock in my way.  I shoot him a confused face. He's probably going to go on a tirade, again, cough, but he sees the look in my eyes and sighs. "Just call me Mr.Wock, for once please." I laugh a little. "Nope, Jabberwock, Jabberwocky!" I say, running under his slim arms and into the cafeteria. I had so much to tell Cas.
