Ambrosios stood before the mansion. Its walls reaching to the sky, a sky lit up with the darkness of many evils. The windows were black, and crisp with with forgotten blood. A door stood its way upon the front of the dreary house of terror, as it remained ominous and littered with its own strange assortment of symbols. On the doorstep stood a tall man in uniform. With caution, the immortal approached his own home. Upon reaching the doorstep, he briefly turned to the military man. "What the fuck do you want?" he asked as he unlocked the door, walking in and leaving the stranger behind him.

The tall man turned and faced the open door, his pressed pant showing their perfect crease, despite the near lack of light, his jacket showing off his wide shoulders, and fronted by a, perfectly tied, red tie. Sitting upon his head was a beret, the same horrific colour of the tie, with its own arrangement of metals of rank and affiliation. The man fixed his glasses and began monologuing. "There have been questionable activities rumoured to be coming from this house running in correlation with several missing persons. I would like to ask you where you were on the days of..."

Ambrosios cut him off, "It was the neighbours, now fuck off," he said in a voice that neither told of seriousness, nor of sarcasm.

His visitor chuckled nervously, "Sir, I would like to point out that you have no neighbours..."

"You think I wouldn't know that?" the immortal responded, reaching into what could be assumed as being a refrigerator, and cracking open a beer. "I didn't know you guys were engineered to not be able to detect sarcasm."

Taking his hat off, the man responded, "First off, I have no idea what you are talking about with the engineering shit, and second of all, this allocates you as the prime suspect in a major missing persons case. Where were you on the days of...?"

"What's your number?" Ambrosios injected, cutting the man short, as he took a sip of his drink, his face spread wide into a nearly comical grin.

"My number?" the man responded, with a quizzical look finally appearing on his face and in his composition.

"Yes, your number," Ambrosios pressed. "You fucking clone, I've seen you everywhere; which one are you?" He leaned back on a sullied counter.

"That's not why I'm here," the man replied, fairly stunned, but recovering well. "You are officially under arrest."

Ambrosios chuckled. "What if I just killed you instead, that way you can't actually read me my rights...would they just send another one?"

The man pulled out his gun, "If you don't come politely, I will be forced to use aggressive force. You have the right to remain silent, and anything you say can be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney before you consult the police, and to have the attorney present at all times. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be given to you. If you answer questions now, you have the right to wait until you have an attorney. As you now know your rights, will you answer my questions, or will I be forced into violent action?"

"Humour me," the immortal stated with an air of much more than confidence. Pulling the trigger, the man's gun pixelized and disappeared, erupting into binary.

"P1rate K1ing, you mother-fucker!" Ambrosios shouted as he turned around to face the man who just then appeared, as though from thin air. He was of average height, with a brown leather coat that reached down to his shins. The seams of the coat were golden, but also heavily worn and dirtied to the point of becoming a lucid brown colour. On his head he wore a top hat, black, marked with a peculiar S, where the top and bottom of the letter tapered to a point; over his left eye he wore an eye patch. At his side was a cane, engraved all over in running lines of binary. Its hooked handle ending in a wicked blade, coloured a deep rusty hue from built up layers of dried blood.
