At supper that night the men gathered into the dining room and took their spot, all eyes were on me. As we finished eating I headed up to my room and read my book. That night a knock came on the door it was Bradley the charming athletic boy."Come in," he greeted me and I sat at a chair and he sat beside me. "Rough day?" He questioned. I smiled glad Simone knew how I was feeling," ya I didn't expect the selection to come so soon." He nodded," I bet I can cheer you up!" He sounded so reassuring so I thought I might as well be positive," okay what are you thinking?" He made me close my eyes and I wondered if he had brought me some flowers. "Just a second." I waited happily and the next thing I know his lips are pressed against mine and he has my arms behind my back and he is trying to undo my dress,"let me go you creep! Guards, guards!" An officer came rushing in and punched him in the face. I sighed and then thanked them hoping mom and dad wouldn't find out. After that whole episode another knock came to my door it was Ried," don't hurt me but do come in." He asked," what was that all about?" And I explained the whole thing to him. Then he offered me a hug and I took it, his arms were soft and comforting. I felt like I was being hugged by a muscular teddy bear.
