I was just getting ready for my date. A very important date, for which I couldn't be late, because I, had a limited reservation. You see, I was planning something special. I was going to propose to Alaïs Bunny, the love of my life tonight, carrot to my eye, watching the sunset, at a small, but fancy restraint, on the side of Clover Hill. The place was called: The Snuggly Duckling. (And no, there were no ruffians, at least I sure hoped not. Alaïs just thought that this was a normal date, like the ones we usually go on. 'It isn't too soon to ask her, is it?', I thought to myself. Surely it wasn't. After all, we had been together for three years, seven months, and two days. Years of memory and Love. Pure, irreplaceable love.
I went to go start our Car of thoughts,(newest model, and super expensive!)and waited, for Alaïs to come out, and get in the car. She never did.
I went back inside, to check on her, but I never found her, it's like she hadn't ever been there. Where, was Alaïs? I checked the bedrooms, the attic, the basement, foyers, kitchen, everywhere! But still, I didn't find my Alaïs.
