Nobody's P.O.V

(Eight years later)

After Harold, Marshall, Mouse, and Hatter went back to Wonderland, they had all returned to their regular selves, parted, and gone on their own ways.

Back in the human world, the park was being renovated, and they were cutting down trees, and the portal of Wonder, was one of them. The chainsaw neared the tree, started to bear down, chips of wood flying everywhere. The tree creaked in protest, threatening to fall over. Thump! The great tree had fallen.

Mrs. Liddels P.O.V

Gasp. Alice's eyelids fluttered open, after a short gasp. She tried to sit up, failing, and slumped back into her pillow. I rushed over to her, tears freely streaming down my face. She was awake, after eight years of torturous pain for the entire family, she was awake. I called the nurses in, they measured her blood sugar, and said that in two days, she was free to come home.

(Weeks later)

After waking up, a couple weeks ago, Alice hadn't said a word about Wonderland. 'That's strange.', I thought, but I kept it to myself. It was as if she was a new person.

Nobody's P.O.V

The well/tree had been damaged, from being cut, and would therefore never transform another creature.

Harolds P.O.V

After returning to Wonderland, I had become the Queen of Heart's overseer. That meant, I had to take care of her schedule, anounce when people arrived at the palace (never ended well), and arrange all sorts of parties. About eight years later, my heart fluttered. Everyone's did. The Queen stated, that something must be wrong with the well, and sent me to check it out. Oh great, I was going to be Very Late... My heart broke at the sight of the well. All color had faded, leaving it dull, and gray. I looked around, making sure, that nobody was watching, and when I didn't see anyone, I jumped through.
On the other side.
The park was much different, from my last visit. Muck more open. I landed on my tail. Wait, tail? I looked at myself. I was a rabbit. I looked at the tree...stump. I hopped to a gazebo area, where it seemed like a wedding was going on. There, I saw a 16 year old Alice, a young man on one knee in front of her. She hesitated. She turned her head, and looked directly at me. She looked back at the man, and shook her head 'no' towards him. I breathed a sigh of relief. She excused herself, and walked towards me. I tipped the pocket watch I was carrying with me, and turned away from her, darting off. "Wait, Mr Rabbit!", she called after me. I kept hopping, leading her to the tree stump. "I'm late, I'm late! Late for a very important date!", I shouted behind my shoulder, keeping an eye on my watch. I wad going to be very late for the tea time. I jumped into the hole in the tree stump, making sure she followed. I heard her scream. Then, all went silent.
