“WE’RE GOING CAMPING!” Kyle yelled as he entered the living room with a big backpack on his back, followed by Lily who was also extremely packed, “so, get packed!”

“Did we have to do it this way?” Lily groaned, almost falling over with the bag on her back. I jumped off the couch and then studied them both.

“Who else is going?” I asked them.

“Damon, Red, Maria, Anthony,” Kyle replied, “um… I think a few others too, but they’re Damon’s friends, not ours.”

“Oh, well, I don’t have any camping stuff,” I told them both.

“We’re all sorted for tents and stuff,” Lily smiled at me, “just pack some clothes and don’t forget underwear and toiletries. Even if Damon would like to see you without it.”

I flushed as she winked and then I ran off upstairs to get ready and packed. A few moments later, Damon walked into my room and placed a bag at the side of me.

“You can share mine,” he offered and I nodded before my face burnt bright red.

“I have underwear,” I told him.

“S’ok,” he chuckled, “I’m not going to run around with them on my head, even if they have frogs on them.” He laughed as I turned my head to look at my backside, seeing that my knickers were poking out the top with the words ‘Jumping for Love’ written on the top of them with a frog holding a love heart on either side. I pulled my jeans up a bit more before sticking my tongue out at him and then getting back on with packing. “You’re face is hilarious!” he laughed.

“Whatever!” I snapped and then stuck my tongue out at him again, “meany pants.”

“Well, no, they’re frog ones but okay,” he chuckled and I smacked him on his arm, feeling the niceness of his biceps. I blushed, realising my hand had lingered there longer and then started shoving my clothes into his bag after I folded them up.

“When do we come back?” I asked him.

“Sunday night,” he informed us, “so, that’s two nights and two days together, we’re going quite far into the woods so I packed us blister plasters so you don’t cry out in pain.”

“Shut it!” I said, “you’re horrible, you know that? You SERIOUSLY need to just bog off.”

He laughed. “BOG OFF? BOG OFF! That’s the best thing I’ve heard for ages!”

“Go away!” I shouted at him with a pouty face.

“Are you done packing?” he questioned. I went to collect my toiletries and then stuffed them into the bag before turning to him with a smile.

                “All done, sir.”

“Right you are, madam,” he nodded. He zipped up the big backpack and then placed it onto his back. “Right, Lily’s got the tent you’re sharing in her bag, okay?”
