Even the cute one has an ugly side.

The fight

"Wake up sleepyhead" I hear Jessica's pretty voice say as I wake up. Jessica is my dad fiancé,she is super sweet and loving. She smells like the amazing perfume she wears. I really like her and I can't wait for her to be my mom in a couple months.
I get out of bed,I am a morning person so I wake up easily and always sleep really well. I go to my closet,I find a red shirt with white stripes and some blue jeans. I slip on some red Nike socks and my nice,shiny red Nike's. I go to the bathroom to brush my teeth and do my hair. Once I am done I walk out of the bathroom and go to my room to check my phone. I text my girlfriend. "Goodmorning,baby girl. love you so much and can't wait to see you at school. :D" its 5:30,she doesn't wake up until 6:00 and I always send her a good morning text every morning and a goodnight text every night.
I got a whiff of something that smelled really good. It was bacon,and it smelled REALLY good. I grabbed my phone and ran down the stairs to the kitchen. It was Jessica,she was making breakfast like she does every morning but she doesn't usually make bacon. "Yay! Bacon!" I say with great excitement "Yup!" Jessica replys with a huge smile. She also has some eggs cooking in another pan. "Thanks ma" I say,thankful for bacon. I sit down and look through my Instagram. There are 11 notifications mostly just likes and comments on the pictures I had posted yesterday, just a pic of me and the other one is a pic of Alex (Alexandria) and I, I am smiling and she is kissing my cheek. People commented things like "Your so cute together!" "I love you guys" "otp for life!" Etc. The pic of me had 17 likes,and the other had 25. I usually get about 15-20 likes per photo.
"Ok! Ready to eat?!" Jessica says with a huge smile and holding a plate with eggs,bacon,and toast. "Of course I am, I'm starving!" I say,excited to eat.

-small time skip-

"Ready to go Nate?!" Jessica asks,still shining her big smile as always "Yup!" I say as I grab my backpack and we leave to the car. We get in the car and she starts driving.

It was my phone. I take it out of my pocket. (New message from: my princess <3: love you too baby! Se ya there!) I smile and put my phone back in my pocket. About 5 minutes later we get to the school. "Have a good day Nate!" Jessica says as she gives me a huge kiss on the forehead. "You too! Love you!" I say as I close the car door and walk to the front entrance of the school. "NATHAN!!!" Alex yells, running toward me. Once she gets to me she gives me a kiss on the cheek and says "Hi!" With a big,beautiful smile. Every time she smiles, it makes me the happiest person alive,I love seeing her happy. "Hey babe." I say, blushing lightly with a big smile.

-time skip-

I walk into 5th period. This is my favorite class ever. It has the best girlfriend ever,the bestest best friend ever and the best teacher ever. I go to my seat and start talking to the people at my table. Johnathan is at my table,he sits across from me. I look around the room,looking for Alex, she isn't at her seat nor is she anywhere else in the room. Maybe she's just late. I wait until the bell rings. She still isn't here. I wait about 10 minutes into the teacher talking and ask Johnathan, "Do you know where Alex is? I am getting worried." He shrugged his shoulders. Ugh,where is she I am really getting worried. "Nate,I know where she is." Emily (who sits next to me, is a friends of Alex's) "She's in the nurse,didn't you hear what happened?" She whispers. "No! what happened?!?" I whisper yelled "I don't wanna get in trouble,tell you after class." She tells me. She in the nurse?!? What happened?!? I need to know!!! The thoughts kept running through my head. I couldn't wait for the full class.
We were given a worksheet to fill out using our textbook. I got up from my table, went up the teacher and said "I NEED to go to nurses office! Now!" He looks me in the eye and could tell I was serious and very concerned so he didnt even question me and just wrote me a hall pass "thank you so much!" I took the slip and ran as fast as I could to the nurses office,thank god the school security guard wasn't in the halls. I got to the nurses office and I saw her,she was laying there,she looked really beaten up with light bruises on her face and she was holding her stomach. I rushed over to her "I got here as fast as I could baby,what happened?" I said struggling to stay calm "Jack."she strained out "Jack?"I asked, She nodded. Oh, that
boy is gonna hurt!" I said,feeling the anger boiling up inside of me. "The things I am gonna do to him." I say, pacing in front of Alex."please. don't. do. Anything." She said pushing out every word. "Um,he hurt you. so,unless you hit first did you?" She shook her head slowly. "Exactly, so I am definitely going to bash his skull in with my bare hands!"
"You'll. Get hurt." she pushed out again. "I'll be fine babe."

I walk into the door and go up to my room, do my homework, and end up falling asleep. I am woken up once by Jessica and she tells me that dinner is ready but I decide not to eat and go back to sleep.
