The sun beat down my back as I stood at the main entrance of Beacon Hills High. After last night this seemed so unreal. Who was that guy and what did he want with my brother? All these different questions and thoughts bombarded my mind that I hadn't even noticed Liam and Mason approach me. "Aria you okay?" Mason asked stopping in front of me. "Hmm yea I'm okay...just first day jitters," I told them. I focused on keeping my pulse steady so Liam wouldn't know I was lying. Liam wore a grey shirt with a red jacket and grey jeans while mason wore a green long sleeve shirt a blue jacket vest and dark jeans. I however wore a black tank top with a lacy top and a high waisted mint green skirt and black sandals. I also wore the necklace Liam gave me to pull the outfit together.My hair was strained and my bangs were braided to the side of my hair. "You look beautiful by the way," Liam said as he linked his hand with mine. Mason was rambling on about the supernatural but I was to scatter brained to pay attention. "Since when do you care about this stuff?" Liam asked his best friend. "Since I was attacked,"Mason replied. Halfway through the conversation with Liam I spotted Stiles. "Hey I gotta go I'll find you after class," I told Liam before racing down the hallway to where Stiles stood. I pushed passed several students receiving plenty of irritated groans and viscous stairs which I normally would of cares about if I wasn't in such a hurry.
When I got to Stiles he and Malia had just said their goodbyes. "Stiles hey I need to talk to you," I told him as I came to a complete stop. The air around Stiles reeked of fear and anxiety. "Hey are you okay?" I asked concerned. Stiles shook his head and lead pulled me into an empty classroom near his locker. I got the looks of many confused faces as I let my best friend drag me.
Once in the empty science classroom stiles shut the door and let out a soft sigh. He rested he hands on the door before turning to face me. "I don't trust Theo," he said bluntly. "Yea me neither but that's not what I mean..Stiles I can smell anxiety all around you and it's more potent then usual so what's up?" I asked crossing my arms over my chest. Stiles stayed silent for a moment. The look of detain and hurt crossed his face. "It's just...I have this whole plan this whole idea of what should happen after graduation but I'm afraid that the people Im afraid of losing aren't afraid of losing me," stiles said with hurt in his voice. "You mean Like Scott, Lydia, Kira and Malia?" I asked unsure of what to say to make the situation better. "Yea and you," he stated playing with his hands. "Look stiles we love you your the glue that keeps this group together I can pretty much tell you everyone's afraid of losing you," I said placing my hands on stiles shoulders. I hated seeing stiles hurt he's given up so much to help the pack And he's only human. Not knowing what else to do I wrapped my arms around his neck and pulled him into a tight hug.
"Come on let's get to class I told him as I pulled away from the hug. Stiles nodded and we went our separate ways.
               After first period I found Liam standing by his locker talking to some girl. She had long wavy brown hair and seemed to be irritated with Liam. I let out a small chuckle when she slammed her locker and walked away. "Flirting you're doing it wrong," I said as I walked up to Liam. He had his head rested on his locker the look of defeat written all over his face. Liam looked at me and rolled his eyes," hilarious." "I like to think I'm pretty funny," I said sarcastically. Liam rolled his eyes again and kissed. "Tracy!" I heard Lydia say from across the hall. I turned my attention from Liam to Lydia. She was talking to a girl I didn't recognize who seemed very on edge. Lydia put a reassuring hand on Tracy's shoulder. I didn't see what happened after that due to Liam drawing my attention back to him and mason. "You okay?" Liam asked raining an eyebrow. "Perfect," I stated kissing him one last time before heading to my next period class.
         The rest of the day flew by relatively fast. I tried to find Lydia but failed so I resorted in finding Stiles instead. Liam and Stiles were standing by my locker scanning the crowd. Couples were pressed to their lockers in a hot make out session others were shoving their bags in them. I could hear him talking to Liam when I approached which was never good. "Stiles that is a terrible plan Liam is not your supernatural bodyguard," I told Stiles causing him to jump in fear."dammit Aria what did I tell you about sneaking up on me?" Stiles asked holding his chest. I rolled my eyes and placed my hands on my hips," and what did I tell you about using my boyfriend as your werewolf bodyguard?" Stiles moved his head back and forth admitting defeat. "Alright fine but you're coming with us," stiles stated determination to get me to agree was written all over his face. I nodded and followed stiles out.

"Still got his scent?" Stiles asked from the edge of the woods. "Don't need it," Liam informed him pointing to the ground. Liam entered the woods followed by Stiles then me. About half into the woods Liam stopped and looked back. "What is it?" I asked concerned. "It's Mason I forgot I was supposed to meet him at the school gym," Liam told us looking guilty. "Okay so why don't you just tell him?" Stiles asked pointing in Theo's direction. "Tell him what?" Liam asked confused. "Anything," stiles told him looking back. "Well I can't just tell him anything," Liam informed him. "Why not?" Stiles asked. "Cause I haven't told him everything," Liam admitted in defeat. Liam and Stiles continued to talk a little bit more before we continued following Theo.
       "What if he freaks out? Or what if he tries to stab me with something silver?" Liam asked. I turned to answer but before I could I heard a thud. Stiles and I looked at each other before looking back at Liam who was now standing in a giant hole. Stiles and I walked to the edge and looked down. "The hell are you doing?"stiles asked as Liam wiped dirt from himself. Liam looked up confused just as we heard footsteps not to far from us. Stiles looked over and looked at me. "There he is stop screwing around," Stiles told him before grabbing my arm and dragging me behind him. Stiles and I ducked behind a tree just as Liam caught up. "Try and get his scent,"stiles instructed pointing to Theo," get anything?" "Soap," Liam said bluntly. "It nice," I inferred. Theo sat at the edge of the woods and tossed something into the water. "Not his soap his emotional state his chemosygnals remember?" Stiles told us. "Oh yea," Liam replied sniffing the air. "He's sad,"Liam started shaking his head. "Sad?" I asked confused. "Well not just sad it's more like grief," Liam said trying to explain what he smelled. "Omg go just go," Stiles said rushing us out of the woods. "What?"Liam asked confused. I thought for a moment and then it his me. "That's the bridge where they found his sister I remember Scott telling me about that," I replied remembering back.
     ~flashback ~
The sun shined brightly through my bedroom window. I tossed and turned listening to my mom talk on the phone. "I'm so sorry to hear that, I'll let Scott know," my mom told the person on the other line. I laid there listening to my moms footsteps as the came down the hall and stop outside Scott's room. I heard her go in and then a little while later she came out. I heard her footsteps walk down the hall and then the door to my room open. A distrot Scott stood in the doorway. He's eyes searched the room looking for something that made any sense to his young mind. Scott told me what happened and I did the only thing a 8 year old could think of doing. I hugged him.
~end flashback~
"Wait what sister?" Liam asked confused as we hurried out of the woods. "The one that could lost and died from exposure he's leaving a flower for her," stiles told us hurrying. "That doesn't sound evil," Liam inquired. "I know," Stiles replied. Stiles stopped dead in his tracks. I looked up and there standing on a fallen tree stood Theo. Theo wore a white shirt a navy blue jacket and a pair of blue jeans. He jumped from the tree and landed with one knee on the ground. As he stood up Liam moved and stood in front of me. "What are you guys doing?" Theo asked giving his half smile. I grabbed Liam's wrist and he looked back at me before talking my hand. Theo walked towards us and Liam growled. Theo stopped and put his hands up in defeat and stepped back. I squeezed Liam's hand and he relaxed. "Wooh why do I get the feeling he's tougher than he looks?" Theo asked looking at Stiles and I. "Only when we let him off his leash," I told him looking at Stiles. Something about this guy made my stomach feel uneasy. "Stiles we were in little league together why are you so suspicious of me?" Theo asked sounding hurt. Stiles thought for a moment before pulling a transfer script and a speeding ticket from his pocket and handing them to him. Because of these," Stiles stated handing the papers to Theo," ones a speeding ticket signed by your dad 8 years ago and the other ones a signature on a transfer from to Beacon High there different." Theo studied the paper and looked confused. "Yea they are a little different," Theo admitted looking at both papers. "No there totally different signed by two totally different people," Stiles informed him. Theo and stiles talked a little more. Theo doing everything he could to convince Stiles he was on our side. Part of me wanted to trust my brothers forth grade friend but the other half knew trusting get you killed.

"Someone who is welling to protect his friends I don't have anyone like that but Scott does you All do," Theo said looking at Liam and I,"I know I'm in the right place I know I'm meant to be a part of this pack."

Stiles, Liam and I exited the woods and saw Scott sitting on his bike between my car and Stiles jeep. "Find anything?" Scott asked raising an eyebrow. "Nope," Stiles informed him rushing to unlock his jeep. Scott stood up from his bike and walked over to Stiles jeep. "I fell in a hole," Liam told Scott trying to ease the tension. "Um well we're gonna go I got a lot of homework to do so I'll see you tomorrow," I told Stiles as Liam and I hurried to my car. "Aria we'll talk when I get home," Scott said looking over his shoulder. I stumped the ground and climbed in my car. "Dang it," I said shutting the drivers side door. Liam looked at me as he shut his door. "Are you taking me home or am I staying with you tonight?" Liam asked as I started my car and slowly backed out. "It's up to you," I told him. "Well my dad has the late shift at the hospital tonight so probably your house," he stated as we hit the main road. "Works for me now I won't have to deal with Scott alone," I stated laughing a little. The rest of the car ride was in a comfortable silence. The closer I got to my house the more I began to wonder if we really could trust Theo.
