The song Thrift Shop blasted at its loudest through my headphones while I was jumping up and down on my bed.

WALK UP IN THE CLUB... LIKE WHAT UP I GOT A BIG C...!

"Alex! " my older brother shouted at the top of his lungs trying to get my attention . I see him waving his hands to bring me back to earth so quickly jumped down off of the bed.

"Don't you knock? " I asked with a bit of attitude

"Maybe if you took those damn things off, you would hear people knocking" he said obviously pissed .

I used my hand to mimic him "yeah yeah yeah what can I do for you bro?"

My older brother Alec and I, have a relationship that no one  could ever understand. One minute we would be fighting, and when I say fighting I mean hard fists, body slamming on the ground pushing down the stairs, fighting. Then in a split second we would be closer than bestfriends.

" I'm just letting you know that I'm leaving " he said already half way out of my room.

"Wait where are you going mah darling?" I said as I ran to hug him .He shoved me to the side but I was not taking no for an answer I got up and crawled to his leg and hug it screaming " why don't you love me anymore" in a squeaky voice.

He just laughed and said "You wanna come.....with me.....? "

"No!" as soon as the words left his mouth,"Where you going anyway " I said trying to catch my breath from laughing at the look on his face.

"I'm going by Ashley", he said.

Ashley is his ok-ay looking girlfriend. Well she's no beauty queen but she's okay.

"ohhhhhhhhh" i said in a mysterious voice "sure, does she have WiFi?"

" Yeah I think so, not really sure but lets go if you're coming." and with that he left my room and I grabbed my iPod and left behind him. We ran down the stairs to the front door and yelled to who ever was in the house "we're leaving! "

We got into the car and he started to drive away.

"So....." I said, he looked at me in a curiously.

He looked at me waiting for me to come back with a question.

"Sooo ....what??" he asked.

"When last have you spoken to Jen? " I asked with a smirk

Jen is short for Jennifer, Alec's former girl friend. I can't even say his ex because they didn't 'officially' break up. Since we were moving they just had to come to an agreement and are now still 'friends'. She was my favorite one; she was pretty and smart and always was on my side when Alec tried to beat up on me. He loved her so much and so did I...we all did, even mom. And even though he is with Ashley, I KNOW he will NEVER feel the way he felt with Jen.

"Ummmmm about two weeks ago, oh she said to tell you hii" he said

"WHAT!! Two weeks?! Omgosh and only now you bother to tell me then? What the heck is wrong with you man?" I yelled

"Dude, chill out! It's not that big of a deal." He said almost pissed at my reaction

"What do you mean it's not such a big deal??? You two were in love! Almost inseparable...And now you are just wasting time with That Ashley" I said in an annoyed tone of voice."
