Ronan's P.O.V

I sigh as I stare at the old house that I was moving into. My eyes catches the flicker of movement in one of the top right floor. This reminds me of the conversation I had with the person who sold me the house....

*Flashback*

After we toured the house the man insisted we talk outside.

"So what do you think of the house?" The scrawny man asked as he looked around scared of something. Occasionally he would play with the bottom of his shirt and shift side to side.

"I like the house very much but there is one thing I like to know.... why is the house so cheap? Is there something wrong with it that I must know about?" The man chuckled nervously.

"Well you see.... according to all the previous owners, the house is haunted." I blink once. Then twice. Then I started laughing.

"And you believe that crap?" I asked amused. The man coughed.

"Well the previous owners said otherwise. They claimed that there was a ghost that harassed them and stole their food." I snorted.

"Like I would believe that. Why would a ghost need food? It's dead!"

"Sooooo... that means you're buying the house?" The man asked hopefully.

"Of course I am." He sighed in relief and handed me a contract. After I had signed the papers, the man had all but ran off to his car and sped off. He didn't even look back once.

*End of Flashback*

I sighed. "Ghosts don't exist..." I say to myself confidently. I heard a snort and laugh. 'Says the werewolf' raze, my wolf, whispers to me. I roll my eyes but don't say anything back. I lift up the last box and carry it in the house.

*5 hours later of hard work*

I plop down on my new leather couch exhausted after unpacking all the boxes. I looked outside to see where the sun was. I realized it was pretty late. I sighed as I run my hand through my thick brown hair. I need to cut my hair soon. It's getting pretty long. Suddenly my stomach growls. I'm so hungry but I'm so tired. Maybe I can skip it and got straight to bed. It's not like missing on meal will kill me. Just as I think this somebody knocks on my door. I groan in annoyance and slowly got back up.

"Coming!" I opened the door to see a  a shocking sight. A tall woman with long brown hair and the same light green eyes as me. This woman was also known as my older sister, Adrianne.

"What's up little bro! Aren't you excited to see your awesome big sis?" I stared at her in shock, disbelief, and annoyance.

"I move half way across the country, and yet you still found me not even a day after. How are you doing this?" She smirked and wiggled her finger.

"Magician never tells his, well in my case her, secrets." She then pushes past me and walks into the kitchen like she owns the place.

"I figured you would be too tired after all that unpacking so I decided to cook for you!" I gasp in horror.

"No! Don't touch my new kitchen!" She rolled her eyes, glared at me, and pouted.

"My cooking is not that bad." She said huffing and crossing her arms.

"I'm pretty sure that the last time you tried cooking you manage to set water on fire. How you accomplished that the world may never know." She rolled her eyes.

"I was just kidding jeez. I brought some Chinese food." She lifted up a bag I had just realized she was holding. 'That smells really good...' raze commented. She pulled out plates and loaded it with food while I waited patiently to taste the heavenly food. By time she handed me my plate I was already drooling. After inhaling the food I put mines and Adrianne's plate in the sink.

"Hey Adrianne, w-" she suddenly shushed me.

"Do you hear that?" I stopped moving and listened for what she was hearing. There were creaks in the floor above us, as if someone was walking across the room.

"Yeah.... I hear it."

"Well go check it already!" She pushed me towards the stairs and shooed me. I roll my eyes.

"What kind of older sister are you to send your little brother to check out something that's possibly dangerous?" She rolled her eyes.

"The smart kind. Now go upstairs and be a man."
She pushed me up the stairs and followed behind me closely. We quietly walked walked up the stairs and in the direction of the noise. We we went all the way down the hall until we reached the last door which was the master bedroom. I cautiously opened the door to see.......

^_^ Aren't cliffhangers just wonderful?
