After a dream where Cartman believes he is Tom Brady and avoiding the deflategate scandal, Cartman pledges to Butters that he will be newer and better. Kyle asks Stan to make Randy and his P.C. gang stop assaulting him. When Butters tells Cartman that Kyle is now the main target of the P.C. frat members, Cartman vows to take them out. Cartman and others begin an assault on the frat house which Kyle interrupts, calling Caitlyn Jenner a hero and brave.
