*JAYCEE'S P.O.V*
I was lying on the couch when I heard that deep voice that I was in love with coming from the kitchen. I quickly jumped up and look into the front camera of my phone to make sure I looked presentable. I got up and walked into the kitchen and leaned on the counter. I was texting my best friend, Grace.
*OMG Andy is here! My heart is racing!*
I looked up from my phone to see Andy staring at me. He gave a small smile and looked down at his phone, then up at CC who had been talking the whole time.
I smiled and walked back into the living room to let them finish their conversation and continued watching Percy Jackson: The Lightning Thief. After about 10 minutes, Andy sat down beside me.
"Hi." He said awkwardly.
"Hi." I responded. We both let out a giggle.
We watched the movie for a little while until Andy decided to break the silence.
"So I've been thinking a lot about the other night. About...the kiss." He said barely above a whisper so CC wouldn't hear, who was in to kitchen cooking god knows what with his appetite.
I tensed up a little.
"Oh really?" I said. "And what has that led to?" I asked, never taking my eyes off of the tv.
"I think I like you."
"You didn't already like me?" I questioned sarcastically.
"You know what I mean. And I was wondering if I could take you out sometime."
My eyes got really wide.
"You mean like... on a date?"
"Well, yeah" He nervously answered.
Just then, I got a message from Grace.
*OMG! If he asks you out, you have to say yes!!!XD*
I thought what a coincidence.
"I think a date would be great."
With my peripheral vision, I saw him turn to look at me and smile, then turning back. Suddenly I felt his warm hand slip over mine. I couldn't help but smile. Everything felt right.
