I sniff and rub my red rimmed eyes,
as I try to stem the flow of tears.
Tears brought by sorrow.
A sorrow brought by the breaking of a heart.
A heart broken by the person I had wished to hear back from...
the very person who didn't even bother to acknowlegde,
a mere mortal who built up his courage to send her,
that one letter...

Tears over an unreplyed letter...? They did say that exams could bring you to tears... Seeing as I'm currently in the middle of one, I guess I can vouch for the saying...
Nevertheless, I need to cut down the emotions and harden up.
