less scared
it's merely a matter of what you think about yourself
what you look in the mirror and see
what you cringe at when you look
why do I beat myself up for something I can't change?
what's the point of feeling worthless
there isn't one
I've spent a good part of my teenage years
In angst over my physical traits
but I've learned to love myself now
to appreciate and take care of my body
It's the only one I have
and it's god damn beautiful
