*Anna*
"Annabelle breakfast," called my mom "coming," I responded. I was starting at a new school in my last year of secondary lschool. That was not something I was looking forward to. I moved out of the country and into the city I live in downtown Dublin now. I'm American so I look and obviously talk different than my Irish classmates. I got in the car after breakfast and my mom and I pulled up to a small building that said "The Marshall School home of the wildcats" I moaned while my mom motioned me to the entrance. I looked around and there was one other girl in the office. She had a slouchy PINK backpack with a small American flag patch on it. They didnt have PINK stores in Ireland or the UK which mad me know I wasn't the only american girl in the school. I walked up to her and said in my normal voice, "Hi! I'm Anna" she responded in a soft voice, "Hello my name's Kate." we both picked up our schedules and noticed that we had all five acedemic classes together, and both elective classes. I was ecstatic! I asked "were you born in America?" she responded with a sly "yea, what about you" "yup I'm from Florida I moved to Ireland when I was 10" she later told me that she was from Atlanta, Georgia. We kept talking as we walked to our first class, Advanced Mathematics with Mr.Wilson.
