Taylor's POV
The orphanage. The worst place on earth. That's where I live. There's never any fun here. All the kids do is clean. We never get fed. There's nothing to do.
I have one thing I can count on for fun. One thing that will brighten my day. One thing that will always make me laugh. YouTube. Yes YouTube. I'm a MAC fangirl. I mostly watch Stampy and Sqaishey, aka Sqampy. They are my idols.
I'm Taylor. I'm a 13 year old girl living in a orphanage in the middle of London, England. I've lived here for 9 years, and never got adopted. Never. Well I take that back, I got adopted once, but they sent me back. I have no idea why though, I guess they just didn't like me. I had a mom. She abused me. She was killed by the police. She killed my dad, and my brother, and she almost killed me.
I have a few friends. Well manly one, cause she's my roommate. Her name is Adrianna. I call her Adri. We have been friends ever since I got here. She loves the MAC too, but she's obsessed with bajancanadian, aka Mitch. She has all of his merchandise, and watches all of his videos. She had a mom as well, but she abused her. She was sent here for protection, but I don't know if she has any...........
I guess that brings us to present day........
Monday October 8th
Taylor's POV
I opened up my laptop and went to YouTube. I clicked on my favorite channel ever, stampylonghead. I checked to see if he uploaded a video, and sure enough he did. Finally time for a laugh. I grabbed my headphones off the floor and plugged them into my laptop. I clicked on the video and then his voice came through the headphones.
"Hello this is Stampy and welcome to a Minecraft lets play video, and another video inside of Stampys lovely world! To day I'm going to be joined by Lee Bear. Hello Lee how are you today? If your feeling good today then run around in circles." I giggled at the last part.
I guess Adrianna heard cause the next thing I know she's sitting up in bed. "Sorry Adri did I wake you?" I asked as she rubbed her eyes. "Nah Tay it's fine. What ya watching?" She said. "Oh just my KittyCake." I said giggling. She got up out of bed and walked across the room to mine. She tilted her head to my clock on my nightstand. I looked over. 6:00. Miss Claire would be yelling any minute now. I know Claire sounds like a nice name but it isn't. She's awful. She's a Meanie Beanie. (A/N: dat Sqaishey English tho😂)
"Wake up you rats!" I heard her scream from downstairs. I slowly slipped my laptop under my bed, and took my headphones off. I heard the groans of some kids getting up. Adrianna and I got up and walked downstairs, to face this crazy ass woman.
I saw her standing there. Her black hair all over the place. She clearly had too much to drink. "You bitches better clean this whole house." she said almost falling over. "Oh boy." I muttered to Adri, she nodded. "Well what are you waiting for? GO CLEAN!!" she screamed.
"Ugh!" most of the girls said. I picked up a mop and started in the kitchen.
*time lapse*
"Done!" everyone shouted. Miss Claire came walking in wobbling all over the place. She fell over once. Still drunk I guess.
"Go on rats!" she screamed. We all ran up to our rooms.
Arianna shut the door to our bedroom and sat down on her bed. I sat down on mine, and opened my laptop.
"Five videos to watch." I mumbled.
"Man that's a lot!" Adri said. She must have heard me. "How about we go get some tea?" she asked. "We could go into town if ya want." she continued. Into town? sure why not. "Ok let's go." I replied. I grabbed my backpack, that had some things in just in case we ran into anyone.
Well not anyone....."someone" I guess. "Ready?" Adri asked. "Yup let's a go!" I said impersonating Mario. Adrianna giggled as she opened our window. She slowly crawled out and landed in the ground. I made my way out the window and place my feet on the steady ground.
I took a deep breath of the fresh air. The cold wind blew against my face, my hair flying everywhere. "Well what are you waiting for? Let's go!" Adriana said while starting to run. "Alright I'm coming!" I said running after her.
*le time lapse*
We made it to the tea shop. Well I guess it's not really a tea shop, it's more of a coffee shop. We walked inside and went to order our tea. After we ordered we sat down in one of the booths they had.
We chatted for a while, and like always every time I hear the door open I look to see who it is. This time someone I knew walked in. His brown curly hair all over the place. His hand in a girls. I knew who is was already.
It was none other than my KittyCake.........
A/N: heyyyy guys! hope u enjoyed the first real chapter. I know it's kinda short but deal with it lol😂😂 anyway chapter 2 will be out soon!!!
