I wake up to the sound of rain tapping against a glass window, like drum beats in a marching band. My vision is blurred and my body is numb with pain, slowly I sit up gasping in pain, I am covered in burn marks and bandages. I turn my head to the right side of the bed to see a blurry figure sitting in a chair next to me
"hello" I say in a raspy voice. "hey feeling better?" Asks the boy my vision clears as I respond "I'm sorry but I don't think I know you, do I?" He frowns at my response. "well uh, yes you do. But that's not important" he says "It kind of is... could I at least know your name" I ask eagerly. "you don't want to know" he says quietly. "Why not?" "You just don't" He says a bit irritated. "Can you at least tell me how I got here?" I ask curiously "You'd hate me if I did" he says kissing my head then leaving the hospital room.
