Kate's POV
I remember everything from the beginning. Like it was yesterday. Everything happened in seconds of my life.
It walked down the streets looking for my aunt.
"Hey, what are you doing out here by yourself Hon?" A person asks me. He places a hand on my shoulder and I turn towards him.
"I'm looking for my Aunty, swee I waz wooking at somthingz and than she was gone." I explain to the cop as best as my 5 year old self could.
"Ok we'll find her. Hey are you hungry?" He asks me being nice. I nod my head slowly.
"Ok let's go down to the station." He says and picks me up. He carried me to his cop car and puts me down.
"Woah. This a pretty cool car. Hi lady." I say noticing the other cop by the car.
"This is Jess we will be taking you to the station. Ok?" He says and Jess waves at me.
"Woah you a pretty lady I'm kitty. Wait I go in cop car? That way cool." I say and she nods at me. She opens the car door and I slowly climb up to the seat.
5 years later
The next thing I know is I'm in a orphanage. I walk up the stairs exploring the house and come to a room with a open door.
"Ok you can pick where you want to sleep. You will have a roommate too." The lady said from behind me. I walk slowly to the room with the open door. There was a boy lying there on one of the beds. I slowly walk over to him a little scared. He looks up at me and smiles.
"Hi I'm Nick but you can call me Nicky if you want." He says to me.
"Hi I'm Kate I'm 10 how old are you?" I ask him.
"I'm 14. Nice to meet you Kate. Can I call you boo? You remind me of the little girl from monsters Inc."
