As soon as we left the pound,they put in into a car i stook my head out the window and kept my tongue out for fun,they laughted ,oh duke your so funny,i smiled and then we came to a stop

we are here duke ready to see your new home,the lady said

I ran up to the house,embrassed because i ran to the wrong one they called me over 

i looked i jumped and loved it,it was so big

then i heard the words ready to eat

i howled out the words i love you

they laughed i ran in i jumped i pranced i looked for food,then the little girl set down a bowl filled of my favorite treats,i ran and ate

they must not feed you that much in the pound ,the lady said

then all of a sudden my names lily the little girl said,i smiled and waged my tail,i thought it would fly of,then the lady said my names mandy,and your names duke

i ran over to them they petted me 

all of a sudden i felt sleepy i yawed they set down a dog bed,i layed on it streched out my legs,licked my humans and then fell into and deep sleep full of dreams of food water the park going for a walk and meeting new people,then they turned of the lights i howled i screamed i kicked,i wasnt use to sleeping without light,so they put down a nightlight that showed stars,then i fell asleep once again......
