The blonde man walked by the soon-to-be cafe, stopping and looking through the windows. It seemed that there was a work interview in progress right now, with the manager facing away from the window while the interviewee was facing forward.
He had hair the colour of acorns, a round face and soft features, he might as well be a girl with really short hair. The boy was smiling politely, almost nervously, nodding and rarely opening his mouth to say something. The interview was over in a matter of minutes, and the manager stood up walking to the staff room while the boy was left there to leave at his own accord.
Only when the boy looked at the blonde man standing outside and smiled shyly, did he realise that he's been staring in the window for at least 10 minutes now. And with a quick sideways glance he was gone without a smile or a wave back.
