"Blaine, what is going on?"

"Kiss me."

"Not until you tell me what is wrong!"

Blaine sighed and leaned back into his chair and he glared at Kurt sitting across from him.

They had barely talked during school that day which wasn't unusual since it was not one of the afternoons with after school Glee club practice.

And since people were still eyeing Blaine and Kurt when they were around each other because of that damn photo, they only talked briefly in the hall between classes.

It was difficult because most of the time he wanted nothing more than to hold Kurt's hand, or kiss him.

But of course he would start an even bigger riot if that happened, and then he really would have to come out to the media whether he wanted to or not.

All day long Blaine had been feeling incredibly guilty about what his team had decided for him.

Now he would have to talk to Kurt about it and he really wasn't looking forward to the conversation.

The entire day Blaine had acted like he was too busy to talk to Kurt and even avoided him a few times.

Kurt was of course extremely perceptive and smart so he picked up on Blaine's behavior immediately. Which is why Kurt invited him over after school.

"Look Blaine," Kurt said, looking at him sternly.

"I know we haven't known each other long, but I would think that we would at least be honest with each other. You can tell me what's wrong right now or you can leave."

Blaine sighed, but Kurt had said the right thing and it gave him the courage he needed to speak. "I am being forced to leave glee."

"What?" Kurt asked, confused. "Why?"

"I had a meeting with my team yesterday and they said that being in glee club is bad for my image and they pretty much demanded that I quit," Blaine replied.

"Did you tell them how much we need you?" Kurt asked. "You should be able to choose what to do in your spare time."

"Don't you get it, Kurt?" Blaine said. "My fans see me as a bad boy, and they don't sing in glee club."

"But that's not the real you, Blaine," Kurt retorted. "Why can't you just be yourself?"

"Because if I were myself then my career would be over!" Blaine snapped.

Kurt was silent, trying not to let his frustration overcome his senses. He could understand what Blaine was saying but that didn't mean he liked it in the least.

Blaine was far too willing to just let his team walk all over him, and Kurt wasn't sure he liked that person.

"The real you is amazing," Kurt said softly.

"I think people would be amazed with the real you, gay and dapper and all. I think you are making a huge mistake by being the person that they think you should be."

"You don't get to make that decision for me," Blaine replied sadly. "The life of a celebrity is not for everyone and if I can't keep up then I might as well give up."

"Well then," Kurt said, coming to a decision. "I think you should leave."

"Kurt," Blaine protested.

"Just leave," Kurt said, turning away from him before he let his tears start to fall.

"Kurt, where is Blaine?"
