After visiting their house, I went to my room at Strange Waters and opened my computer. I want to search the celebrities I know like Bruno Mars and watch anime movies like Fullmetal Alchemist and such. While searching, a link caught my eye, and there was this name,"Humige Oranicle". I clicked it and it has a long story article I have to read.
Humige Oranicle was a suspect in a massive killing on Strange Waters. He collected each victim's soul and we don't know where he is using these souls. One day, we had caught him, and interrogated him. He just said that he was possessed and were controlled by an unexplainable soul, but we don't believe him. Then, we locked him up in a cell. After a few days, our secretary reported that he has escaped. We investigated the cell where he was locked up and found no signs of struggle and damage in his cell like he was a ghost who just passed through a thick wall. Until now, we are searching.
Articles do not lie. There's this doubt in my heart that Humige is pretending to be a good person to me and Caroline, and one day he will show his true colors. I want to save Caroline from him.
I left the house and packed my equipment. I hurriedly opened the door of my car and closed it so hard that it broke. I replaced the car's door and quickly accelerated my car. A few minutes later, I arrived at Humige's house.
"HUMIGE! SHOW YOURSELF!" I shouted.
"Uni?" he said. He opened the door. I grabbed him and pushed him up.
"IS IT TRUE? YOU KILLED A LOT OF PEOPLE! AND ARE YOU A DEMON FROM THE UNDERGROUND OF STRANGE WATERS THAT ESCAPED THAT'S WHY YOU HAVE THAT POWER?" I shouted.
"Stop it Uni." Caroline said.
"It is true." he said.
My face turned out blue. I saw Caroline's face turned out too.
"It is true that I came from Strange Water's Underground but I didn't killed a lot of people!" he said.
"How can I believe you?" I said.
"Follow me. I can show you." he said.
He escorted us to Strange Waters using his car which has four seats available. When we have arrived at Strange Waters, we entered through an abandoned house. Upon entering, he opened the switch near the door and a ladder appeared in front of us leading to an attic.
"Wow." I just said.
"This is where us demons hide when we are being raided by angels, but angels do not believe me when I say that I am going to change my life." he said.
Then, we climbed the ladder and that leads to a super wide attic.
"It's very wide here. Then the appearance of the house should be very long on its top but why it is just short?" Caroline said.
"Master demons put spells on here to widen the attic." he said.
Then, he stepped on a floor brick and stairs that is going downstairs appeared right in front of us.
"We are in the attic and this leads to?" I asked.
"Basement." he shortly replied.
"Whoa." I just said.
We walked downstairs and reached the lowest part of the house. Voices are being so loud that I need to cover my ears to lessen the noise.
"What's the problem?" Humige asked.
"Nothing." I said.
"Yeah, you can't hide problems from me 'cause I can read it. You hear creepy voices of souls, can't you?" he said.
"Yeah." I said.
"So can I ask. How did you get that psychic power?" I asked Humige.
"Let me tell you the story. Long ago, there was a beautiful village named Siranica. There, my mother lives in a pretty house. It is located on the forest. It was a really progressive and a rich village fortified with high defenses of cannons, mortars and catapults. One day, the demons that fell from the sky invaded the village. Several people were killed. My mother survived their attack because the demon leader spared her. They got her locked up in a cell made from molten rocks. Her beauty hooked up the demon leader to be inlove with her. The demon leader fed my mother very much and even gave his daily food just for her. One day, they have planned to escape. On their escape, the soldiers have caught the demon leader, and the demon leader helped my mother escape. The demon leader was punished and let him starve to death. Mother escaped safely and didn't have a time to ask the demon leader's name and say thanks. But, she realized that she had a baby and that was me. My father, the demon leader had psychic powers and I have enhirited it. After ten years, my powers have become so violent that my mother had to let me live on myself on Strange Waters. Then, at the same time and place, a war happened and I had witnessed it all. I had witnessed everything including my mother, torned to pieces by the slashing swords of heroes and demons. After the war, the demons have found me a potential on my power and took me underground. I refused and asked to the heroes for help, but they refused too. My powers have been honed in this place. Then, they had to let us forget our memories except our powers, changed our appearance and our personalities. What you see now is not my real personality. And I promised to myself that I will never use my power to a bad reason." he said.
"Now. We understand." I said.
"We can forgive you now, Humige. In any cases, we are family. We all lost our families a long time ago." Caroline said.
"Yeah, she's right. Now, we got our backs. One's problem will be the problem of all. That will be our sworn oath now until the world ends. And let's help each other." I said.
We all went deeper and deeper into the basement and investigated the things around the room. We found deadly potions and remains of the demons. We are investigating further to find out the voices I hear. But while we are investigating, a man with a white sword and white robe appeared in front of us. It was a white hero. And based on what Caroline said, white heroes are clean in mind, words and actions. They have clean intentions for everything.
"What do you want?" I asked.
"I just want to send you a message." he said.
"My name is Raven and I am a messenger of the Strongest Hero in the whole word, Kulpier. He wants to invite someone who can do jobs for him." Raven said.
"So, you want us to do jobs for someone we don't know personally?" I asked.
"Oh, it will be easy for you to know more about him if you come follow me." Raven said.
"Okay." I said.
We followed him to the place where Kulpier is living.
"Hello. My name is Kulpier and I am right now, the Strongest Hero." Kulpier said.
"Then if you are the strongest hero, why do you want our help?" I asked.
"As you can see, if I am the strongest hero, of course I am hunting and killing strong villains. I called you so you can do light jobs for me." he said.
He's belittling us. I can't accept that much.
"So, you treat us like we are weak heroes then?" Humige said.
"I think you guys are so weak." Kulpier said.
I threw a wave at him and he was hurt.
"Ouch!" Kulpier said.
The heroes around him are aiming their guns at me.
"Stop. You yellow hero. If you want to know who's stronger, then let's do this." he said.
"Okay." I accepted his challenge.
All the heroes around us retreated and almost all people are cheering for Kulpier, except Humige and Caroline. Kulpier charged his wave and threw it at me. It hurts like I'm gonna die.
"Arrgghhh!" I just shouted.
"With just a very simple wave you got shaken?" he boastfully said.
I carried myself up and still trying to fight him. I threw a big wave at him, but unfortunately, he had dodged it, and he did a counter attack at me. He did the same energy wave as before and of course, I have dodged it but I didn't knew there was a second wave coming for me. It struck me on my body. I felt so much pain in my body that I cannot get up.
"You cannot get up right? Just give it up." he said.
"No..." I said.
"You're just so stubborn right?" he said.
"I'm now going to kill you."
He aimed the big gun at me and was ready to fire it at my head. But when he was going to pull the trigger, I heard a telepathy in my head. His voice was so amazing that it gave me strength to carry on the fight. He fired the gun at my head, but I instantly used a teleportation power. I blinked at his back and slashed a sword at him. I saw on his face that he felt hurt. He was about to punch me, and I teleported at his back, then he was about to strike an elbow at me, and I blinked again in front of him. I landed a bunch of punches against that made him fall down on the ground. I kicked him.
"I give up!" he said.
The crowd around him said,"Awww!!" and they were ashamed at Kulpier. But, of course, I know that he is not finished against me so he got up on his feet and threw a sword at me. I reflected the sword and it pierced his body. He was so much in pain that I cannot look because I'm hurting people.
"Come on get up." I helped him get up.
"Yeah I accept my loss but you just cannot show me mercy! That's insulting!" he said.
"You know. I hate hurting people, that's why I help you up." I said.
"Alright, fine." he said.
My yellow color still doesn't fade out. I want to be a good person forever. I don't want to change this good yellow color.
"I'm gonna tell you the truth. We are just kids you know and we steal precious items from other people. We got rich and we keep on doing this things. Then we discovered you have defeated a red hero that we are scared to fight. So we plan to use your power but we failed. And I fought you because I thought I could defeat you. I'm sorry because we plan to kill you. I just got carried by greed." he explained.
"Well, it's just fine. Oh, by the way, how do you do that wave? I think it will make my wave stronger."
"Oh, its just easy." he said.
Because of that, he taught me on how to use a stronger wave. I tried hard to practice that wave and then, I was so successful. I have released a Blue Big Meteoroid Wave and when it reach a landform, it will explode vastly.
"Thanks for teaching me." I said.
"You're welcome here if you need something." he said.
I have discovered a secret move while he teaches me. A powerful explosion that you can use anywhere you point two fingers. I tried it again and pointed two fingers at the ground and it exploded.
"Whoa, what did you do?" Kulpier said.
"Just nothing. Hehe." I said.
Now I am ready for any obstacle that will block my way.
We went back to the house to rest until day. We took our dinner happily like we are real family. After eating, we lay down on the bed and took our sleep.
In the middle of the night, there was a very loud sonic wave that can almost break a glass and our eardrums. We got up on our feet and checked the surroundings outside. We have seen a white figure outside. After a few minutes, a fiery meteor landed on our house but we got protected by the white figure we have seen outside. It was an angel. A good angel that protects the innocent people. I did not stand to just watch the angel fight for himself only. I ran outside and helped him push the meteor away from the land. It was so hot that I can't hold on too much. I still tried and tried even the hotness get inside my body. But, a red villain has appeared in front of our house and was ready to attack Humige and Caroline.
"I am ready for my revenge, Uni! I'll start in your family!" he said.
I will not let that happen of course, so I shot a big wave at him. When he was down, a pointed two fingers at him and made the ground explode. I'm sure he was very hurt there so I landed down and checked him.
"Look out!" Humige said.
A big sword was coming in front of my head and it will surely kill me. I closed my eyes. But, I felt a very powerful energy in front of me, and it was so bright. I opened my eyes.
"Are you okay?" the white figure said.
His voice sounds familiar to me. I was so speechless. Soon, I realized it was Humige. Humige was not a demon, but an angel. His psychic powers, and that he gave me energy when I am fighting to Kulpier. He saved me so many times. I can't thank him enough.
"It hurts." he said.
I saw the sword has pierced his hands and I really think it hurts like so much.
"Hang on!" Then, the other angel successfully pushed the meteor away. Then, he helped Humige remove the sword away and healed him.
"Are you okay?" he asked.
"Yes, I'm fine. It's just like a bite of an ant." Humige said.
"You sure?" I asked.
"Yeah." Humige said.
"I did nothing guys. I'm sorry." Caroline said.
"It's okay, its better for you to stay there inside." I said.
Then, we slept until morning and took our normal actions. Eating breakfast, lunch and dinner. Took our daily exercise. Shopping and strolling at the park. I was so happy.
That was Humige. Acted as a demon, but a real angel. And I was glad to be his friend.
