In the Blink of an Eye

Prologue

Many who live in a first world countries take things for granted. They go through their lives without thinking about others, that this world isn't permanent or that things may change one day leaving you lost and alone. As a member of a first word community, I often take things for granted saying "oh I'll talk to my grandma tomorrow because she'll still be there", or "I'll go to the beach with you tomorrow, mom, its okay we live right next to it." But in reality we don't know what the future holds. What was there today may not tomorrow. . .
