It was the first grade when I first saw him. He was playing a game of basketball with his friends. His hair was a dark brown and it was spiked at the front. He was wearing a loose T- Shirt and a pair of jeans that fit him just right.

Ten Years later:

"HAILEY! WAKE UP!" That is just the way I wanted to start the first day of my Junior Year. As some of you may have heard my name is Hailey. I'm not the most popular person in school. Yes I do have my group of friends, but we aren't the populars.

The guy I like, Jake, is one of the populars. I don't think he has ever noticed me. I moved here in the first grade. On my first day of school, is when I first saw Jake. Ever since, I have had my eye on him. My friends think I am crazy for liking a guy for so long. I don't think he even knows I am alive.

I roll out of bed, and make my way to the bathroom. I get in the shower and let the warm water run over my body, knowing this is going to be a long day, I just spend a minute to relax. I decide it is finally time to get out. I grab my towel and dry off, then I wrap it around me and grab another one to wrap around my head. Then I head to my bedroom.

Once in my bedroom, I make my way to my closet. I always wear a cute outfit on the first day of school. This year I have no idea what I am going to wear, because usually I already have it picked out. I was just too lazy last night.

After staring for a while, I pick out a white lace shirt with a bright, hot pink tank top to go under it. I pair it with a pair of jeans, a lighter color, and it has some holes. Then I wore my navy flats to go along.

Next I go to blow-dry my hair. Then I go to straighten it. My hair is crazy, there is no way I can go to school with it natural. I might not get noticed at all, but I still like to look good, just incase I do. Which never happens.

I put on some make-up that way I can look my best. I walk over to my mirror to see how my outfit turned out. Dang I look good.
