Food Fight

"Miss Cassidy Rowen. Are you sleeping in my class?" my history teacher asked me shouting.

"No. Mr. Hackett. It's just that--" I paused for a moment when the bell rang. "I didn't get enough sleep. I'm sorry." I continued talking then making my way out to the door.

As I begin making my way to the cafeteria, my best friend Robyn ran to me and lightly pushed me telling me that she's behind me.

"You're supposed to wait for me after class." she said lightly punching my arm.

"I know I am. I just forgot. Sorry." I said to her looking directly at the floor.

"Hey! Cass. Why are you looking down instead of your best friend who is right beside you talking." She said taking a deep breath after.

I looked at her with a raised brow.

Then she looked at me and said, "ohhh. Is it Luke and his stupid friends?"

I looked at her a big worriedly and she gave me a hug and released me when we got to the cafeteria.

If you're wondering who Luke is, he was new just three weeks ago and I don't know how it exactly happen, but, he became the school bad boy. His friends are probably the reason why. Before Luke came, there was another bad boy named Rick. His friends think he wasn't good enough so they told him to get out and leave the school. Which he did. Then Luke came and the other three boys came to him and probably asked him to be friends with them. I don't know if that exactly happen but I keep on hearing it at school.

Our cafeteria is pretty big. You could probably fit like, about 300 people.

Once we stepped down the stairs, oh there's stairs to go down to the cafeteria. Once we stepped down the stairs, there was over 280 people since there was a lot of people in the school, they were loud and I could barely even heard myself.

"Let's go get our food now! There's not that many people in the line!" Robyn yelled since it was so loud.

"What?! I asked her shouting.

It got a little quieter and I finally understood what Robyn told me.

We got our food and we say down in out usual spot. It was at the the middle at the very end. Our school cafeteria is an inside and outside place so we eat outside where there's rows of six and both of our table had two seats and it was at the very end of the middle fourth row. It was a perfect spot because it was two tables perfect for Robyn and I and Luke's not here.

"FOOD FIGHT!!!!" Some person just shouted. And that voice sounded familiar.

I turned around seeing Luke and his friends walking around smiling.

I knew it.
I thought.

Since now Luke shouted out loud 'food fight', everyone started throwing food everywhere. It's a good thing right after we heard that, Robyn and I went inside the school where there wasn't a food fight happening. But guess what, there was. I swear Like is doing this on purpose. I don't even know why he hates me so much. But since he hates me and has no reason too hate me, I'll hate him too without having a reason. Although I do. I have him because he hates me. I don't know what's going on but I know I'm not happy about it.

"Robyn what are you doing?" I asked my best friend when she picked up a piece of cake. I don't really want her too throw food. First of all it's rude and second of all it was Luke's idea.

"Oh c'mon Cass. It's fun."

"But Luke called it. I'm not gonna do it when someone I hate started all of this. Now c'mon I want to go home and ask my dad to call the school and tell them I called and he picked me up and you came with me and he called in that I'm sick and that your stomach hurts and that you couldn't take or anymore." I said taking a deep breath.

"What's your dad gonna think and say about this."

"Don't worry I'll take care of it."
