*Tristan's POV*
A week has passed and nothing much has changed, other than the fact Bella won't stop watching Bryan's every move in school. Well, I can't say anything since I'm basically following Bryan home and making sure his asshole of a dad doesn't kill him.
Totally normal. For a ghost. We can stalk anyone we want and not get caught. Perks of being dead.
Anyways, Bryan's asshole of a dad one has been throwing slurs to Bryan, hurtful, but not actually hitting him, so that's good.
Right now, I'm following Bella whose following Bryan to his fifth period class, which is Chemistry.
Last night, I had told Bella of the hurtful words Bryan's dad has been throwing at him, and that was the reason why Bryan seemed to be in a funk today, to which she replied to, "his dad can go and shove a cactus up his ass, while I try to make Bryan smile by the end of the day."
This was their last period, and so far, she has failed.
Miserably.
In the morning she 'tripped' herself, (in reality, I tripped her in hope of trying to make Bryan smile, which didn't work mind you.) and she fell in the mud. Sure, she got a few laughs, but none were from Bryan. In lunch, she played with her food, putting an orange slice in her mouth, and trying to shove a celery stick up Mario's nose. Still no laughs from Bryan.
I looked up when I heard Bella speak Bryan's name to stop him from going to class. He paused and looked at Bella with confusion.
"You have Chemistry right now?"
Well no shit Sherlock, there's a fucking paper on the wall that has the teachers name and subject they teach.
Bryan nodded while giving Bella the 'what-the-fuck' face.
"Cool, have you learned about the elements yet?" She asked. Why would she want to know th-
Oh no.
Again, Bryan slowly nodded.
"You want to hear a joke about the elements?"
God no. Bryan fucking run. Now.
Bryan looked at Bella and gave a small, hesitant nod.
No, no. Bella don't -
"I would tell you one. But I'm afraid all the good ones Ar-gon."
She did it.
Wipe that grin off your face Bella.
I face-palmed and started blushing from second hand embarrassment. That was like, a Harry Styles move right there. I shook my head while looking at the ground, complementing whether I should just pants Bryan's teacher and have the teacher blame it on a faulty belt.
I was already going to do it until I heard a small, soft laugh.
It was Bryan.
He actually laughed at that horrible joke.
His laugh faded but his smile didn't, and neither did mine. Bella grinned widely and looked proud of herself.
"I like you. You laugh at my puns, the last time I told a joke about chemistry, I got no reaction. "
This caused Bryan to laugh out loud. I smiled so big that I'm pretty sure my face would split in two. People were staring but Bryan was way too busy laughing.
Once he did stop laughing though, he noticed the attention and started blushing, looking at the ground and started messing with his flower crown, which had red roses and small pink flowers that I didn't know there name of.
