We all run to the car in a panic.
I get in the drivers seat and as soon as everyone is in the car I speed off.
"CONNOR SLOWDOWN!" Trevor and sam screams and Kian and JC just laugh.
I slow down a bit but still going at a pretty fast past.
Half an hour later we arrive at the hospital. We see Ricky in the waiting room.
"What happened?" I said a little to loud
"AJHADGOTOTHEBATHROOMBUTSHEDIDNTCOMEBACKFORALONGTIMESOIWENTTOGOCHECKONHERBUTSHEWASONTHEFLOORANDHERDADANDHERMOMWASTHEREANDHEREWEARE"
"What?" Sam, kian, j.c, and I say in sync.
"A.j had to go use the bath room but she didn't come back for I while so he went to go check on her and when he did she was on the the floor and her mom and dad was there"
Trevor said. Sometimes I don't understand that boy. "OK but when do we get to see her?" JC asked "they won't let me back there because I'm not her father and/or legal guardian" he said making air quotation marks with his hands during the last part.
I turned around and walked up to the desk "hi I'm Connor Franta A.J Sanders guardian"
"Oh yes please sign in and I'll take you to see her"
"Thank you" I said. She handed me a pen.
"Ok right this way" she lead me to the room in the back with a sleeping A.j. "I'll tell the doctor you're here."
I sat down in one of the uncomfortable chairs next to the bed. "Nothing is ever going to happen to you ever again. I promise"
Now all there is left to do is wait.
