"Rise and shine,Luna, it's your birthday!!" Luna's sister, Dawn, said with cheer and enjoyment.
"Wait, what?!?!" I questioned, smelling the chocolaty cake and brownies coming from the kitchen. "I totally forgot?"
I could tell she thought I was crazy when I said I forgot about my birthday considering she loves her presents and delicious snacks every year for ten years of her life, she'd never forget her birthday even if a zombie apocalypse broke out.
I got up, scratching my head over me still trying to remember it was my birthday.
"Look who decided to join us back from the living dead"
"Haha so funny and humorous" I declared against mother sarcastically.
She gave me a glare notifying me to not be such a bum today.
I got bored waiting for mother to bake everything and prepare, so I decided to go watch television. I grabbed the controller out of its position where it kissed the surface of the coffee table and turned on the TV to watch anime blankly.
