As a child, I saw the world as a peaceful place. Full of love and nurture

Time has pulled the veil away from my eyes.

No more rose tinted glasses, as a matter of fact now equipped with bifocals to enhance the view

Our society still sales the existence of "Santa Clause", while racism is claimed to be a thing of the past.

Don't get me wrong... if "Santa" works for you and your family, I'm all in... for you and your family.

The racism thing... Well, if you'll have your children believe in good ol Kris Kringle, they may even believe that racism is a thing of the past.

Maybe they'll even believe the rumors of war while the world erupts right before their eyes.

What is it going to take??? Are we waiting on good ol Saint Nick to climb down our chimneys and tell us to get a grip???

For God so loved the world, He gave His only begotten Son.

We can't even love each other enough to get along.

Our legacy will be the lies and destruction that we spoon feed our offspring and visit upon all that God has created here on Earth.

The continued regeneration of fantasy, racism, religious war and oppression.....
