Chapter 9: My Godmother

Jeff's P.O.V.

That blonde really pisses me off, I don't know why she is so important to Slenderman. She is just some pathetic human that injured my girlfriend and I will get pay back on her but how I thought. "I'll go talk to Jane about a plan" I said walking out of my room heading to Jane's which happens to be by Slend's office. So as I was walking by Slend's office I overheard talking than crying so I started listening to the conversation.

"What can I do for you Raynne?" Slendy asked "Umm I wanted to know exactly how you knew my mom, I know you told me a little earlier today but I would like to know more." Raynne asked nervously. "Well, I've known your dear mother since she was a little girl, her mom was murdered and her father was severely injured he brought your mother to my family but then he died of blood loss... so to your mom I was like an older brother and when you were born she asked me to protect you if anything were to happen to you" Slendy explained It was silent for a moment."Raynne.. are you okay dear?" Slendy asked "I miss her so much and after she died my father made me feel like I was worthless and that I should die.. I believe that it was my fault she died. And up until now even with the two friends I have I felt so lonely and just wanted to die and I put up this act of being tough when I'm really weak..I wish she was here I need her more than anything I have nobody now..." Raynne said crying "Shh calm down it's okay, I'm here now okay? I'm going to protect you no matter what, your not worthless, and don't ever think you are the reason your mom is dead, accidents happen it's the way of life. You are not alone, I will be with you think of me as family now.You aren't weak, you are strong to be able to put up with your worthless father for this long. Your mother would be happy to see how beautiful, strong, and smart you have become. Tomorrow I want you to meet somebody that was close friends with your mother." Slendy said "Thanks Slendy" Raynne said "You never let that all out before have you?" He asked "No" Raynne said "Well you have me now and the one's you become close to here, we will become your family." Slendy said.

So that's why Slend's so protective of the blonde. Hmmm I feel bad for the girl...wait what the fuck am I thinking she is a worthless girl who was lucky to actually harm Jane and just so happened to kill her dad. "I GOT IT!" I accidentally yelled out loud without realizing it because next thing I know I heard a door open "Hey Slendy does he always do that?" I heard somebody ask and I turned around to see Raynne and Slenderman staring at me "What? Everyone randomly shouts/talks out loud on accident!" I said angrily then stormed into Jane's room. "Jeff are you okay?" Jane asked not even looking up at me from her computer "Yeah, I thought of a perfect way to get back at Raynne for injuring you!" I said excitedly "What is it? Tell me!" Jane said looking at me now with curiosity in her eyes.

(heehee I'm letting the plan be a surprise.)

Later that Day

Raven's P.O.V.

Slenderman wouldn't let me leave until he was sure that I was done crying and I got myself together. "Raynne dear, I want to tell you something since you are going to live here for now on I want to give you some advice." Slenderman said getting serious "What is it? I asked curiously "Be careful who you get close because even if they smile and act nice towards you they could turn around and stab you in the back. Two people you can trust besides me would be BEN who you are already friends with and Sally. Also if Jeff, mainly Jane do anything to you come to me right away. Even if you don't I will find out." Slenderman said putting a hand on my shoulder while I processed everything he just said. "Okay now that you mention it I promised Ben I would play videogames with him so I should probably go" I said standing up "Okay dear, go to bed somewhat early me and you have somewhere to go tomorrow." Slenderman said opening the door.

Later that Night

After playing video games with Ben for a few hours I finally decided it was time for me to go to bed it's been a very long day. "I'm done for night Ben" I said pausing the game and started to stand up " Whaaat? Why??" Ben whined and got up as well "Slend asked me to go to bed early because we have somewhere to go tomorrow he wants me to meet somebody" I said walking towards the door "Oh, now that you mention it why exactly are you here?" Ben asked as I walked into the hallway "Well Slenderman grew up with my mom and she made him my godfather when I was born and asked him to look over me if anything were to happen. And she died a while back and ever since my dad blamed me for her death and beat me everyday and I just cracked yesterday and killed him and afterwards I ran out of the house into the woods and Slenderman found me right before I passed out." I said leaning on the door frame "Oh, well I knew about Slendy and your mom but I didn't know all of that I'm sorry Raynne but you will be happy here." Ben said hugging me "Thanks Ben" I said hugging back "No problem, I'm here for you and as of right now me and Slendy is all you have, but i'll let you go to bed now, Night Raynne." Ben said leaning on his door watching me as I walked into my room and shut the door.

Next Day

"Raynne wake up" Somebody said placing a hand on my shoulder "Five more minutes" I mumbled and slapped the hand off "I will lift you out of this bed if you don't get up Raynne" The voice said grabbing my foot "Okay! I'm up no need to lift me" I said sitting up and rubbing my eyes to see that it was Slendy waking me up. "Good, get dressed and come downstairs I'll make you some breakfast. "Okay" I said as he walked out and left me to pick an outfit for the day.

After I finished getting ready and ate some breakfast Slendy finally said it was time to go. "It's time to go Raynne, hold my hand I'm going to teleport us to who we are going to see" Slenderman said holding his hand out "Okay" I said and grabbed his hand and I started feeling light headed and this weird force pulling me in different directions. It kept going like for a few minutes then it finally stopped. "We are here, I hope that didn't freak you out" Slendy said looking down at me even though he has no eyes "I'm fine." I said looking back at him when I heard a door slam open and a lady yell "What are you doing here?!?" A lady said standing on a creepy and cool looking porch connected to a cool house. "I wanted you to meet somebody Mireya her name is Raynne." Slenderman said stepping next to me "No... she can't be here... why is she here Slenderman?!?" Mireya said freaking out "Things happened and it came to a point where Raynne had nowhere to go and I promised her mother I would watch over." Slenderman said giving Mireya and very serious look. "She needs to leave, she isn't ready to meet me nor am I ready to meet her Slenderman." Mireya said sternly and walked back into her house slamming door "Uhh" was all I could manage "She isn't a people person. But she was your mother's best friend.. I guess you can also say your godmother" Slenderman said
